ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Connect to power

supply and pump

power cord

Connect the wire harness

a) Check to be sure the power switch is in the "OFF" position on the wire harness.

b) Connect the wire harness to the pump power cord.

c) Plug the lighter adapter into a 12V power supply.

2. Disconnect after

use

AFTER EACH USE, disconnect power by disconnecting the wire harness from the

power supply.

NOTE: It is important to disconnect power when not in use, both for safety reasons and to

prevent draining the battery. ALWAYS verify that the power has been disconnected before

servicing.

3. Troubleshooting

If there is no voltage, check fuse inside lighter adapter

a) Remove lighter adapter outer casing

b) Check that fuse is bad, replace with 15A fuse if needed

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

NEVER use this switch for applications that draw more than 15 amps.

NEVER leave the wire harness plugged in when unattended, even if the switch is off.

ALWAYS use an appropriate size inline fuse if the motor manufacturer recommends it.
