SAFETY
WARNING! Read and understand all instructions before
using this tool. The operator must follow basic
precautions to reduce the risk of personal injury and/or
damage to the equipment.
Keep this manual for safety warnings, precautions, operating or
inspection and maintenance instructions.
1. Use the correct tool for the job. This tool was designed for
a specific function. Do not modify or alter this tool or use it
for an unintended purpose.
2. Always wear impact safety goggles that provide front and
side protection for the eyes. Eye protection equipment
should comply with CSA Z94.3-07 or ANSI Z87.1 standards
based on the type of work performed.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing.
Replace the missing part before operating. Failure to do
so could result in a malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and
inspect for damage.
ASSEMBLY
Consult the Parts Breakdown during assembly. All supports area
attached to the inside of the legs. Secure all nuts hand-tight
during assembly.
1. Lay two legs down on a table with the support bolt holes
closer to you.
2. Insert an M10 bolt up through four bolt holes on each leg
from the outside. The bolts will point upwards.
3. Place a long support beam onto the lower bolts and a long
main beam onto the upper bolts. Secure all bolts with Ø10
spring washers and M10 nuts.
4. Attach a short main and support beam to both legs. Secure
with M10 bolts, washers and nuts.
6. Attach both remaining legs to the short beams on either
side.
7. Stand the table upright.
8. Attach the last main and support beams to the legs.
9. Attach both handles to one short main beam. The handles
point outward. Insert 2 M8 bolts through each handle’s base
and secure them with a Ø8 spring washer and M8 nut.
10. Insert each iron slat into the main beam’s slots. Makes sure
they are inserted into the same slot on either side. You may
need to loosen the leg bolts slightly to allow enough
movement if the slats won’t fit in properly.
11. Tighten all bolts until the assemble table is rigid.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Inspect the tool components periodically. Repair or replace
damaged or worn components. Only use identical
replacement parts when servicing.
WARNING! Only qualified service personnel should
repair the tool. An improperly repaired tool may present
a hazard to the user and/or others.

conçu pour une utilisation spécifique. Évitez de modifier ou

pour laquelle il a été conçu.
2. Portez toujours des lunettes antiprojections qui offrent une
protection frontale et latérale pour les yeux. L'équipement
de protection des yeux devrait être conforme à la norme

effectué.
DÉBALLAGE
AVERTISSEMENT ! Ne faites pas fonctionner l'outil si
des pièces sont manquantes. Remplacez les pièces
manquantes avant l'utilisation. Le non-respect de cet
avertissement peut entraîner une défectuosité et des
blessures graves.
Retirez les pièces et les accessoires de l'emballage et vérifiez s'il
y a des dommages.
ASSEMBLAGE
Consultez la répartition des pièces lors de l’assemblage. Toutes
les zones de support sont fixées à l’intérieur des jambes. Fixez
tous les écrous à la main pendant l’assemblage.
1. Posez deux jambes sur une table, les trous de boulon de
support étant plus proches de vous.
2. Insérez un boulon M10 dans les quatre trous de boulon de
chaque jambe, depuis l’extérieur. Les boulons seront
orientés vers le haut.
3. Placez un barreau de soutien long sur les boulons inférieurs
et un barreau principal long sur les boulons supérieurs. Fixez
tous les boulons avec des rondelles à ressort Ø10 et des
écrous M10.
4. Attachez un barreau principal et de soutien court aux deux
jambes. Fixez à l’aide de boulons M10, de rondelles et d’écrous.
6. Attachez les deux jambes restantes aux barreaux courts de
chaque côté.
7. Mettez la table à la verticale.
8. Attachez les derniers barreaux principal et de soutien aux
jambes.
9. Attachez les deux poignées à un barreau principal court. Les
poignées sont orientées vers l’extérieur. Insérez deux
boulons M8 à la base de chaque poignée et fixez-les avec
une rondelle à ressort de Ø8 et un écrou M8.
10. Insérez chaque lamelle de fer dans les fentes du barreau
principal. Veillez à ce qu’elles soient insérées dans la même
fente de chaque côté. Vous devrez peut-être desserrer
légèrement les boulons des jambes pour permettre un
mouvement suffisant si les lattes ne s’insèrent pas
correctement.
11. Serrez tous les boulons jusqu’à ce que la table d’assemblage
soit rigide.
SOIN ET ENTRETIEN
1. Inspectez les composants de l'outil régulièrement. Réparez
ou remplacez les composants endommagés ou usés.
Employez seulement des pièce autorisées.
