1. Remove original drain plug and drain oil.
2. Insert EZ Drain Valve

EZ Drain Valve and tighten. Do not over
tighten. We recommend hand install and give it
1/8 turn with small crescent wrench.
3. Make sure valve is closed and refill crankcase.

2. Gentry tighten with a small wrench.

change. (Hose Ends may be left on the valve if
clearance is not an issue)

Adapter –Some oil pans are designed with
recessed drain hole which may prevent the valve
from being installed properly. If the valve cannot
be tightened all the way without hitting the oil
pan, please use an adapter.
• Protective Plug

the Hose Ends, to prevent dust & dirt build up.
• Hose End Cap

Hose End Cap – protective rubber caps that slip
onto the Hose End to prevent dust, dirt and other

Safety Clip - will firmly keep the lever in the
locked position at all times. It is recommended, if
you are using the Engine Oil Drain Valve on off-
road vehicles under extreme environment.
