EXTENSION CORDS
A short power-supply cord is to be provided to reduce the risk resulting
from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Longer
detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may
be used if care is exercised in their use. If a longer detachable power-supply
cord or extension cord is used:
1 . The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be
at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance, and
2 . The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over, snagged, or pulled
on unintentionally by children or the user.

POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to t into a polarized
outlet only one way. If plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not t contact a qualied electrician. Do not attempt to modify
the plug in any way.
HOW TO OPERATE
BEFORE FIRST USE:
1 . Unpack the appliance and all parts. Remove all packaging materials,
including any stickers or labels.
2 . Read these instructions carefully.
3 . Clean the interior surface of the appliance with a damp cloth. Wipe
dry with a soft cloth immediately. Do not use abrasive materials. Wipe
down the exterior with a soft dry cloth.
4 . NEVER IMMERSE APPLIANCE OR CORD IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
5 . Position the appliance on a stable, dry, level, heat-resistant surface near
an electrical outlet.
6 . Unroll the electrical cord.
7 . Operate this appliance on a separate outlet and circuit from other
appliances to avoid overloading the circuit.

CAUTION: The surfaces of the appliance get hot. To avoid accidental
burns, scalping or steam being released while cooking, always
manipulate the appliance by using an oven mitt.
FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
USING THE APPLIANCE:
1 . This appliance is intended ONLY for household use.
2 . Prepare cupcake mix following the recipe instructions.
3 . Release the safety lock and lift the lid to the open position.
4 . Coat the non-stick surface with a small amount of vegetable oil. This
can be done with a paper towel or with a non-stick cooking oil spray.
Wipe o any excess oil. It is recommended to periodically do this after
use to maintain the quality of the non-stick coating.
5 . Check and conrm the voltage of the appliance is the same as the
outlets. Then, plug electrical cord carefully into a separate outlet from
other appliances to prevent the circuit from being overloaded.
6 . Close the appliance after plugging in, and allow to pre-heat.
7 . The red indicator light will turn on as soon as you connect the
appliance. The red indicator light will turn o when the appliance
reaches the maximum operating temperature. The appliance is ready to
cook as soon as the red light turns o. Note: the red indicator light will
turn on and o; it does not reect cooking completion only temperature
cycles from minimum to maximum.
8 . Open the appliance carefully with an oven mitt, grabbing it by the cool
touch handle.

9 . Pour in the batter into the lower plate; do not overll as the batter will
expand as it cooks.
10. After the cupcakes are ready, carefully remove them by using an oven mitt
and a heat resistant wood or plastic spatula. DO NOT use metal utensils
because they will scratch and damage the non-stick coated surface.
11. If cooking more than one batch in a session, after removing the rst
batch, allow the appliance to cool for 5 minutes before the next batch.
NOTE: NOTE: DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE FOR MORE THAN 15
MINUTES OF CONTINUOUS USE.
12. As soon as you are nished cooking, unplug the appliance and allow it to
cool down.
CLEANING
Proper maintenance will ensure years of service of your appliance. Clean the
appliance after every use following these steps. This appliance contains no
user serviceable parts and requires little maintenance.
WARNING: The surfaces of the item will get very hot during use,
unplug the appliance and allow cooling before cleaning.
1 . Clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the appliance with a damp
cloth or sponge. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
2 . To remove dough baked onto the cooking surface, pour a small amount
of cooking oil onto the hardened batter. After 5 minutes, carefully wipe
with a paper towel or dry cloth.
3 . NEVER USE ABRASIVE CLEANERS OR SCOURING PADS TO CLEAN THE
APPLIANCE , AS THOSE MAY DAMAGE THE SURFACES.

1 . After following the steps of cleaning and maintenance, collect the
power cord.
2 . Store the appliance in a dry and clean place.

STEPS TO MAKE CUPCAKES
Coat with cooking oil spray. Pour
in the mixture. Do not overll.

1. Prepare cupcake batter/mix.
2. Plug item, and pre-heat.
3. Pour the batter into the lower plate.
4. Close Lid.
5. Allow to cook for 7-10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
6. Remove cupcakes with wooden, or heat resistant plastic or silicone spatula.
7. Repeat steps 1-6, for subsequent batches.
TIPS
Use boxed cake batter.
Do not overll as the batter will expand as it cooks.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups our
Pinch of salt
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
Steps:
Stir together dry ingredients, add in butter, milk, egg and vanilla.
Mix well together.
Pour into your maker.
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
Serve with butter cream frosting.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup 3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla
1 large egg
2 1/4 cup our
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup raspberries
Steps:
In a medium bowl beat your butter, 1 cup brown sugar and lemon zest
together.
Then add the vanilla and egg.
Slowly add in the our, baking soda, baking powder, salt and milk. Mix
until smooth.
Pour into your maker.
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
Prepare the frosting by whipping the cream and 3 tbsp brown sugar in a
small bowl.
Then mash your raspberries and add them to your cream.

Ingredients:
1 cup our
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Steps:
Mix together your dry ingredients and then add in your liquids.
Mix well together.
Pour into your maker.

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups our
1 tbsp red food coloring
1/2 cup coee
2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps:
Whisk together our, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt.
Combine the sugar and vegetable oil, then mix in the eggs, buttermilk,
vanilla and red food coloring.
Stir in the coee and vinegar.
Pour into your maker.
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
Serve with cream cheese frosting.

1 peach pealed and sliced
2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 tbsp vanilla
Ingredients:
Steps:
In a large bowl blend the lemon juice and peach together until pureed.
Beat in the butter and sugar.
Add your eggs and vanilla.
Slowly add your dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
Follow the steps to baking in your maker.
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
Serve with cream and peaches.
