To open your safe:
1. Rotate the combination dial three rotations
past the first combination number, then stop
on it the fourth rotation, as illustrated in
Figure 2.
Do not allow anyone to be locked inside
the safe or suffocation may occur.
Do not allow anyone to climb on the safe
or it could tip over and cause serious
personal injury.

Grizzly cannot replace lost or stolen keys.

2. Turn the dial counterclockwise two rotations
past the second combination number, then
stop on it the third rotation.
3. Rotate the dial clockwise past the third com-
bination number, then stop on it the second
rotation.
4. Turn the dial counterclockwise to the fourth
combination number.
5. Insert the key into the keyhole, then rotate it
clockwise until it stops.
6. Turn the door handle and pull the door
open.
To lock your safe:
1. Close the door and turn the handle parallel to
the floor in the locked position.
2. Remove the key, then turn the combination
dial a few revolutions in either direction to
reset the locking tumblers and prevent the
key unlocking the door.
NOTICE
Keep the safe keys and these instructions
with the included combination in a separate
secure location from the safe. Misplacing
either the keys or the combination will ren-
der the safe unusable.
Maintenance
Clean the surfaces of the safe with a slightly damp
cloth. If the hinges should develop a squeak,
apply one or two drops of light machine oil to the
hinge contact points.
