CARTER-HOFFMANN BB1000

The CARTER-HOFFMANN BB1000 is a convertible banquet carter used for heating covered plates up to 12 3/4 inches in diameter.

It has a welded cabinet construction with a nickel-bearing type 300 series stainless steel exterior and interior. The base frame is made of 12 gauge stainless steel, and the double panel welded stainless steel doors are insulated with high density fiberglass.

The BB1000 has a capacity of 96 covered plates, and it comes with six shelves. It also has an optional door opening for easy access to the plates.

The BB1000 operates on 120 volts, 60 cycle, single phase, 1650 watts, and 13.7 amps. It has a ten foot rubber cord with a 3 prong grounding plug.
