1 - CONNECTING LINE CORDS
Connect the PTT plug to the wall socket (classified TNV-3 according to
EN60950 standard).
Note : no battery required.
2 - WALL MOUNTING
To wall-mount your telephone, follow the instructions :
- Make two holes in the wall 8.5cm apart located on a vertical centre line.
insert wall plugs and wall mounting screws. The screws should protrude
from the wall by 3 mm.
- Slowly slide the wall bracket down until it snaps into place.

3 - ANSWERING INCOMING CALLS
When an incoming call is received, the telephone will ring.
- To answer the call press the ON/OFF button (the IN USE LED light) and
speak.
- On completion of the call, press the ON/OFF button again to release the
line (the IN USE LED turn off).
4 - MAKING A CALL
- Press the ON/OFF button (the IN USE LED light).
- Await the dial tone and dial required number.
- On completion of the call, press the ON/OFF button again to release the
line (the IN USE LED turn off).
5 - LAST NUMBER REDIAL
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Await the dial tone and press the REDIAL button.
The previously dialled number will be automatically re-dialled.
6 - MEMORY FUNCTION
To store a number in memory:
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Dial the number.
- Press the MEM button.
To dial a number from memory:
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Press the MEM button.
The stored number will be dialled automatically.
7 - MUTE BUTTON
If you wish to speak privately to someone else in the room – without your
caller overhearing, press and hold the MUTE button. You will still be abble
to hear the caller ’s but they cannot hear you during the mute operation. To
resume normal conversation , release the MUTE button.

8 - PAUSE FUNCTION
Allows you to insert a temporary pause during dialing sequence.
For example, dialing an international number (eg: 00-886-22-795-1234),
some PBX systems will not register the entire number entry without a
pause between the prefix numbers.
You may have to dial 00 P, dial 886 P.
This allows adequate timing for the phone number to register with the PBX
system and complete the call. In case of difficulty, contact your PBX
manufacturer or installer.
9 - R (RECALL) FUNCTION
Press R button to terminate a call and institute dialing tone for another call or
to get another call from “Call Waiting” (a special telephone service).
NOTE: If you do not have special telephone services from your operator,
such as Call Waiting, pressing R button during a call may disconnect your
current conversation.

These are used with the new services provided on digital exchanges. For
details please contact your network operator.

for the period of one year. During this time, all repairs or replacements (at our
option) are free of charge.Should you experience a problem then contact our

cover accidents, negligence or breakages to any parts. The product must not
be tampered with or taken apart by anyone who is not an authorised Geemarc
representative.The Geemarc guarantee in no way limits your legal rights.

BE RETAINED AND PRODUCED IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM
