ELEKTRO HELIOS SF6131X Cooker Hood is designed to eliminate cooking smells and the build-up of moisture and grease in the kitchen. The device is intended for domestic use only. Using it for purposes other than intended may result in hazards. Make sure that naked flames are not left burning under the hood when in operation. Adjust the flame intensity to direct it onto the bottom of the pan only. Never flambé under the cooker hood; risk of fire. Continuous monitoring is required when using deep fat fryers. Overheated oil can burst into flames.
