Epson SureLab SL-D3000
Designed for high-quality photo print production, the Epson
SureLab SL-D3000 is a 6-colour, compact digital dry lab. It utilises
Epson’s proven Micro Piezo printhead technology, in conjunction
with Epson’s original ink and LUT, to deliver accurate reproduction
and a maximum resolution of 1440 x 1440dpi.
BuildingonEpson’ssuccessinlargeformatprinting,theSL-D3000offersaprint
qualityandcolourconsistencycomparabletothatofEpson’sprofessionalgraphics
printers.Thismeansoutputwillappearconsistenttocustomers,givingcompanies
theexibilitytoworkwithawiderrangeofsizesandprintrunlengthsbyusingthe
SL-D3000inconjunctionwithanotherEpsonprinter.
Givinguserstheexibilitytoproduceavarietyofmaterialsbetween4and12inches
wide,theSL-D3000canprintphotos,cards,invitations,yersandpromotional
leaetsondedicatedglossy,lustreandmattepaper.Thedual-rollmodelallowstwo
differentmediatypesand/orrollwidthstobeloadedsimultaneouslyforimproved
versatilityandproductivity.
Epson’sUltraChromeD66-colourphotoink-setachievesawidecolourgamutthat
exceedsthatofsilverhalide,yieldingprintsthatarevividandlifelikewithexcellent
blackdensity.
Thepower-efcientSL-D3000usessignicantlylessenergythanawetlab,
reducingimpactontheenvironmentandthetotalcostofownership.Further
loweringthecostperprint,theprintheadandLUTarecarefullyconguredtouse
inkeconomicallywhilemaintainingthebestprintquality.
Settingupprintjobsiseasyusingtheoptional‘OrderController’software,which
includesbasicphotore-touching.TheSL-D3000beginsprintingquicklywithout
theneedtowarm-upchemicals,andcanautomaticallymovenishedprintsto
anoptionalA4jobsorter.Theonlyregularmaintenancerequiredisconsumables
replacementanddusting.Whenspaceisatapremium,thecompactSL-D3000
canbepositionedinacorner,asitisoperatedfromtwoadjacentsides,oritcanbe
movedaroundonitswheels.
