Tips and Suggestions
Time Saving Tip: Reduce the maintenance required on your
Water Quintet by installing Landscape Fabric on top of the
screen prior to installing the decorative gravel. The
Landscape Fabric will to help keep small debris and dirt
from falling into the basin and impeding the flow of water.
Use Galvanized Welded Wire Garden Hardware Cloth
available from building supply stores as the screen
material. Cut holes for the nozzles where required.
If the screen sags due to the weight of the decorative
gravel, install a length of 3/8" Rebar to help support the
screen. Have the store cut the rebar for you if you’re not
able to find the correct length.
