Henny Penny SCD-8 rotisserie display is designed to hold and display cooked chickens until carving, serving, or selling. It has a durable stainless steel cabinet and tempered clear glass doors with black matrix shaded borders. The unit holds full rotisserie loads and has incandescent lighting for warm, even illumination. It also has gentle even forced air heating, a fully insulated top and sidewalls, and a removable drip tray for easy cleaning.
