KNXnet/IP Interface Multicontrol
GB
1. General use
The KNXnet/IP Interface Multicontrol includes all the modules
required to implement time switching functions, trigger condi-
tions for defined events, event handling, logic functions and
the function of a real-time clock.
The following are available:
- Weekly switching programs (100 time switch entries)
- Event trigger / threshold switch (30 triggers)
- Event processing / scenes (200 events)
- Logic functions (30 logic functions)
- Real-time clock with battery backup
- Tunnel link to bus for visualisation
- Automatic time synchronisation via UDP time server
- Automatic adjustment to daylight-saving time
- IP address assignment via DHCP
In the device, up to 80 objects are defined with free data
type assignment from the following options:
- 1 bit (EIS 1)
- 1 byte without sign bit (EIS 14)
- 1 byte with sign bit (EIS 14)
- 2 bytes without sign bit (EIS 10)
- 2 bytes with sign bit (EIS 10)
- 2 bytes floating (EIS 5)
- 4 bytes without sign bit (EIS 11)
- 4 bytes with sign bit (EIS 11)
- 4 bytes floating (EIS 9)
7. Location and function of indication and control
elements
The device connections, as well as the learn button and pro-
gramming LED that are required during EIB startup, can only
be accessed in the distributor when the cover is removed.
The pushbuttons (Move, Prg/Set, ESC) and the 2 - line display
can be operated when the distributor cover is closed.
