Cannot turn on
When the display is not lit, I
exercise on the product, but the
display still does not light.
1. Inspect all cable connections.
2. Inspect whether alternator produces
power.
3. Inspect drive board fuse and power supply
LED.
4. Inspect whether the battery voltage is too
low or the wire is disconnected.
5. Inspect cable connections to the display.

Cannot turn on
When I exercise on the product,
the display lights up, but when I’m
not exercising, the display does
not light whatsoever.
1. Inspect or measure battery voltage.
2. Inspect the drive board fuse condition.
3. Inspect cable connections.

No RPM I exercise on the product but the
display does hot show the RPM
value.
1. Inspect all cables.
2. Inspect the optic sensor. Make sure the
distance between the sensor and the
reflective sticker is 3-8mm.
3. Inspect the optic sensor LED on the drive
board.
4. Replace the optic sensor.
5. Replace the boost converter.

No resistance When I exercise, there is no
resistance.
1. Inspect whether the alternator startup
functions normally.
2. Inspect whether the alternator fuse on the
drive board is burnt.
