Ames CS5 is a unique, semi-clear elastomeric plastic sealant and adhesive for wood and concrete. It penetrates deeply into wood and concrete to actually glue and bind together the molecules of the surface it is being applied to.

Possible use cases:

  • Restoring rotting and deteriorating wood and concrete surfaces.
  • Preserving wood from mildew and moss formation.
  • Stopping concrete efflorescence.
  • Preventing rust from penetrating metal.

CLEAR SEAL™
Ames Clear Seal™ is a unique, semi-clear elastomeric plastic sealant and adhesive for
wood and concrete. It penetrates deeply into wood and concrete to actually glue and bind
together the molecules of the surface it is being applied to. Rotting and deteriorating
surfaces can be restored to a somewhat new condition and often the surface life can be
extended for one or more years of usefulness. Clear Seal™ helps preserve wood from
mildew and moss formation, stops concrete efflorescence and helps to prevent rust from
penetrating metal. Clear Seal™ is VOC- free, has low odor and cleans up with water.
