Axcess/Invision/XMT 450 System Cart
1. Safety Symbol Definitions

Beware of electric shock from wiring. Disconnect input
power before installing this kit. Reinstall all panels and
covers.

Tipping equipment can injure, and damage equipment. Do
not move cart where two wheels are at different heights
and cart could tip avoid tipping. Be careful when moving
unit over uneven surfaces.
Do not use an oversized cylinder or exceed maximum
cylinder weight.
Un appareil qui bascule peut s’endommager ou causer
des blessures. Pour éviter un renversement, ne pas dé-
placer un chariot sur un terrain incliné. Demeurez prudent
lors du déplacement sur un sol inégal.
Ne pas utiliser de bonbonnes surdimensionnées et ne
pas dépasser le poids maximum d’une bonbonne.

Cylinders contain gas under high pressure and can ex-
plode if damaged. Never let a welding electrode touch
any cylinder. Always secure cylinder to running gear, wall,
or other stationary support.

et peuvent exploser si elles sont endommagées. Ne
jamais toucher une bonbonne avec une électrode. At-
tacher toujours une bonbonne à un mur ou à un support
fixe.

Falling equipment can injure, and damage equipment. Use lifting eye to lift unit and properly installed accessories only, NOT gas
cylinders. Do not exceed maximum lifting eye weight rating. Lift and support unit only with proper equipment and correct proced-
ures. Follow the guidelines in the Applications Manual for the Revised NIOSH Lifting Equation (Publication No. 94110) when
manually lifting heavy parts or equipment.
Oversized cylinder can cause tipping. Properly install and secure all equipment onto cart before using cart. Always secure or
remove any tools stored on cart before moving unit. Do not lift cart in any manner when equipment and cylinder(s) are installed
use handles to move cart. Do not overload handles with cables use standard 10 to 15 foot cables as maximum lengths.
Un appareillage en chute peut blesser le personnel et endommager d’autres appareils. Utiliser l’anneau de levage pour lever
l’appareil et les accessoires correctement installées seuls, PAS les bouteilles de gaz. Ne pas dépasser le poids nominal maximal
de l’œilleton (voir les spécifications). Un appareil qui tombe peut s’endommager ou causer des blessures. Utiliser l’œillet de
levage pour soulever l’appareil ainsi que ses accessoires correctement installés, mais PAS pour soulever les bonbonnes de gaz.
Ne pas dépasser la charge maximale de l’œillet de levage. Soulever et soutenir l’appareil avec le matériel et les procédures
appropriées. Lors du levage de pièces ou d’équipements lourds, suivre les recommandations de la dernière révision du manuel
des applications de levage du NIOSH (Publication No. 94110).
Les bonbonnes surdimensionnées peuvent causer les renversements. Installer et assujettir adéquatement tout l’équipement sur le
chariot avant d’utiliser ce dernier. Toujours assujettir ou retirer les outils rangés sur le chariot avant de déplacer l’unité. Ne jamais
soulever le chariot, peu importe la manière, lorsqu’il contient de l’équipement et des bouteilles utiliser les poignées pour déplacer
le chariot. Ne pas surcharger les poignées avec des câbles utiliser des câbles standard de 3 à 4,5 m (10 à 15 pi).

1 Base Assembly, Cart
Make sure base is stable and stationary.
2 Support, Shelf Upright (2)
3 Welded Brackets (2)
4 Bracket hardware (12)
Mount uprights on front and back sides
using welded brackets and hardware.
Torque: 85 to 110 in-lb.
5 Top Assembly, Cart
Mount top on top of the two uprights and
secure using hardware.
6 Self-tapping Screws (4)
7 Gun/Cable Holders (2)
Use self-tapping screws to mount both
gun/cable holders on the sides.
8 Cylinder Chain
Install the cylinder chains to the bottle
mounting bracket as shown.
Ensure that all components are securely
fastened before moving cart.
2. Assembling Cart

4. Installing Invision 456 Power Source Systems

Mount the power source to the cart
as shown using the 4 supplied
25020 button head bolts.

1 Single Wire Feeder
2 Dual Wire Feeder
3 Stand Off Supports
Install the stand off supports to the
top of the cart in the hole pattern
that matches the feeder using the
supplied 10-24 screws.
4 Guide
Place a slot in wire feeder base over
the guide on the tray.
Attach the feeder to the stand off
supports using the supplied 10-24
screws.
