2. Remove operating instructions,

manufacture statement of origin,and

owners manual located on top of ATV.

1. Remove cardboard carton from

metal frame

3. Remove bolts as indicated in photo

from both sides of metal frame

4. Carefully remove metal

frame

5. Remove wire straps from front bumper 6. Remove wire straps from rear axle.

7. Loosen plastic guard bolt and remove

plastic guard.

8. Loosen all bolts and lift handle bars to

desired position, tighten handle bar bolt.

Torque to 25Nm (18.5ft.lb). Replace the

plastic guard and tighten bolt.

9. Remove nut from ag

holder assembly.

10. Attach ag holder assembly to mounting

bracket on rear rack of ATV and tighten nut.

11. Insert ag pole into ag holder assembly.

12. Refer to battery section of owners manaul for

correct installation and charging of battery.

Oil Cap

!!WARNING!!

This engine may be shipped with pack-

ing oil in it. This oil should be drained and

replaced with new oil as described in the

owners manual. Never attempt to start

engine without rst replacing the engine

oil with the proper amount and grade as

described in the owners manual.

10. Fill engine with correct amount of oil. Refer to

owners manual for oiltype and quantity.

11. Fill gas tank as specied in

owners manual.
