INSTRUCTIONS FOR SET UP
WARNING: Adult Set Up and Supervision Required.
The Bounce ’Round
TM
unit should be inflated or deflated only by an adult.
1. Make sure there are no pipelines or utilities under the ground before
entering stakes. Unfold the un-inflated Water Slide unit on a grassy,
level surface that is free of glass, rocks or other debris
that can cause injury. Make sure the Water Slide unit
is free from overhead power lines and obstructions.
2. Fill water bags* and attach to side of slide
(B).
(Water bags must be used so the slide will fully
inflate. Never allow children to play on slide without
installing water bags.) Anchor all hold-downs to the
ground with the stakes provided. Angle stakes at a
45° angle away from unit (A). Periodically check while
in use. Make sure Water Slide unit is at least
10 ft (3 m) away from other structures.
*Note: Not all slides require water bags.
Use on grass only. Do not drag or use on concrete.
3. Place fan unit away from water spray and ensure that water does not flow towards the fan. If water
contacts fan, disconnect power cord from wall plug. Do not resume operation until fan is completely dry.
4. Tie the long intake tube on the Water Slide unit around the mouth of the fan with the provided
drawstring (C).
5. Tie the short release tube closed (if any), with the provided drawstring (D).
6. Make sure the intake tube has no kinks or folds and that the slide unit is securely anchored.
Failure to take these precautions could
result in injury during play.
7. Make sure that the fan switch is in
the “OFF” position. Plug the fan into
a properly grounded 110v outlet
(See Grounding Instructions in Fan
Instruction Sheet).
8. To inflate the slide unit, (press the reset
button on GFCI) move the fan switch
to the “ON” position. It should inflate in
approximately 2 minutes.
9. Locate the spray hose attachment at
top of slide.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SET UP continued
10. Deflate the unit so you can attach the hose assembly.
Attach the sprayer nozzles first (E) then attach
the hose across the top of the unit and down the side
of the slide with the (Hook & Loop) attachment tabs (F).
11. For model #’s 61657 and 61460 ONLY, add the slide
extension to the end of the slide using the hook and
loop fastener (G).
12. Turn the blower back on to fully inflate the unit.
13. Adjust position of fan to ensure there are no kinks or folds
in the tube before staking fan down into its final position
(H). Always make sure Water Slide fan is securely
anchored to the
ground with the
stakes provided.
14. Attach the garden
hose and turn
spray unit on and
begin play (I).
WARNING:
Do not allow children to play in the Water
Slide unit until it is fully inflated. Never let
children near the electric blower at any time.
15. After the Water Slide unit is fully inflated, leave the fan running during play.
AIR FLOW THROUGH SEAMS IS NORMAL. Do not try to seal seams.
16. To deflate the slide unit, move the fan switch to the “OFF” position.
WARNING: Remove all children from the Water Slide unit before deflating.
OPERATION TIPS
• Prohibit roughhousing by occupants.
• Keep clean and dry between uses.
• If there is any deflation occurring, ask the people in the Water Slide Unit to sit down and then unload
them in a calm and orderly manner.
• Keep all food, drinks, snacks and gum away from the Water Slide unit.
• Keep all toys, party favors and silly string away from the Water Slide unit.
• Consult the Weight/Height Chart on page 2 or on your Water Slide unit to see maximum loads for
individual rides. Do not exceed these requirements.
• Make sure all stakes are planted firmly in the ground and check them regularly to make sure
they are secure.
• Do not inflate the unit in high winds (12.4 mph/20 kph), rain, or low temperatures (41°F/5°C).
• To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not expose the blower to water or rain.
• Do not use the fan in conditions of rainfall. Unplug the GFCI plug from power source.
• Use the TEAR-AID
TM
patch (included) to fix holes in your Water Slide unit by cutting patch to size,
peeling off adhesive backing, and leaving for 24 hours to dry.
