Fit 2 x AA batteries as shown in figures A – D on page 7.
Place Electronic Ear Defenders over your head, and adjust headband to
fit comfortably.
Switch on using volume controller, and adjust to suitable level.

1. Designed to protect the hearing from sudden loud noises.
2. Suitable for use with both indoor and outdoor power tools and
construction equipment.
3. 2 x AA batteries required.
4. It will operate atthe range:
Temperature: -6˚C to +40˚C
Humidity: 0% to 98%
5. Switch on via the on/off controller, and adjust the volume to a level
that is comfortable and suitable to your environment. You should be
able to clearly hear the general low level sounds around you (such as
conversation). The electronic ear defenders will automatically deaden
loud sounds above 85Db (such as loud machinery).

1. Carefully remove the battery cover as shown in the figures A and B.
2. Insert two AA batteries into the battery bay. Be sure to set the
polarity (+ and -), as shown in the figure.
3. Verify that the polarity of the batteries is correctly situated.
4. Close the battery cover and fix it securely back into place.

If at any time in the future you should need to dispose of this product
please note that waste electrical products should not be disposed
of with household waste. Please recycle at your local recycling
centre. Please contact your Local Authority for further advice.
If you have a problem with your product within the first 28 days of your
purchase please return the item to the store which it was purchased
from. If a problem occurs after this period please contact us via the
helpline number on your warranty sticker, and we will be happy to
assist you. In the event that the product needs to be replaced we will
require you to send the faulty product back to us, and we will repair or
replace the product for you. Please note that proof of purchase will be
required if returning the item to store or claiming during the warranty
period. The warranty period is 36months Please return your warranty card
to us within 28days of purchase. This does not aect your statutary rights.
