The Spraying Systems 18250A Tank Cleaning Nozzle is designed to clean the inside of containers like drums, barrels, and tanks. GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Be cautious of any sharp threads
Do not operate the nozzle (when it’s in the open) outside
the container
Do not attempt to touch the nozzle during
operation rotation
Handle all chemicals according to the
corresponding MSDS
WARNING: DO NOT USE TO SPRAY FLAMMABLE
LIQUIDS –SUCH USE COULD RESULT IN FIRE OR
EXPLOSION CAUSING BODILY INJURY OR DEATH
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Specifications
Aplication: Cleaning the inside of containers such as drums, barrels
and tanks
Features: The nozzles will fit through the 2 7/23” (60 mm) diameter
hole. Reactionary force produced by the three flat sprays
rotates the spray head providing 360° coverage. The pres-
sure to the nozzle controls the spray head rotational speed
Temperature: Maximum operating temperature is 360° F (170° C)
Pressure: Maximum operating pressure is 100 psi (7 bar)
Material: 316 stainless steel
Weight: 1.5 lb. (0.68 kg.)

INSTALLATION
The 18250A nozzle can be installed in any orientation
Use teflon tape when installing the 18250A
Screw the nozzle onto a 3/4” NPT pipe to 150 in/lbs.
