The rain chain allows water running through a gutter or off a roof to

create a visual and auditory attraction. Rain flows from the top to

bottom creating a vertical stream. Powder-coated finishes stand up to

wind, rain and cold.*

Rain Chain Instructions

Installing Your Rain Chain

(Tools may be Required – Not Included)

1. First, remove the downspout on your rain gutter.

2. Insert gutter clip into gutter’s downspout hole from the top side of the

gutter. Gutter clip will look like an upside down triangle. Installation may

require some slight bending of the gutter clip so it sits flat against the

gutter. Gutter clip will bend easily by hand for easy adjustment.

3. Hook the rain chain to the gutter clip using attached rain chain hook.

4. To shorten, pull the hook and chain through the gutter clip and

attach the hook to desired rain chain loop. Or remove length from

bottom at the soldering point.

OPTIONAL: secure chain to the ground with anchoring stake or rain

basin. Arrange rocks, pebbles or stone around the stake to help

distribute run-off.
