iDUAL products (excluding the Remote Control) are free from defects in materials or workmanship and covered by a five (5)
years warranty period (from date of purchase).
The warranty covers the replacement or the repair of the product or the refund of its purchase price, at the company
discretion.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, modified products, improper use and such other causes beyond the
company’s control.
