Safety Warning
Optical :
Never point the optical sensor towards the face,
particularly the eyes, to avoid possible injury.
While the mouse is in use, the optical light is visible to the
naked eye. Be careful not to look directly into the emitter hole
while the mouse is active.
Wireless Devices :
Before boarding any aircraft or packing a wireless device
in luggage that will be checked in, remove the batteries
from the wireless device.
Wireless devices can transmit radio frequency (RF)
energy, whenever batteries are installed and the wireless
device is turned on.
Battery-Powered Devices:
Improper use of batteries may result in battery fl uid
leakage, overheating, or explosion.
Released battery fl uid is corrosive and may be toxic. It can
cause skin and eye burns, and is harmful if swallowed.
Don’t disassemble the keyboard and the mouse or
remove any parts.
Don’t put the keyboard and the mouse into water or any
liquid.
Don’t use the keyboard and the mouse close to heat
sources or expose to high temperatures.
Don’t use the keyboard and the mouse where
strong electromagnetic waves are present. Strong
electromagnetic waves will cause damage to the
keyboard.
Keep the keyboard and the mouse away from direct
sunlight, moisture, dirt or abrasive chemical products
(cleaning products etc).

To Reduce the Risk of Injury :
Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
Do not heat, open, puncture, mutilate, or dispose of
batteries in re.
Do not mix new and old batteries or batteries of dierent
types.
Do not allow metal objects to touch the battery terminals
on the device; they can become hot and cause burns.

Unpacking
Remove all packaging from the unit. Retain the packaging.

Installing the Batteries
Mouse
Remove the battery cover and insert
1 x AA battery. Ensure battery is
inserted with the correct polarities.
Close the battery cover.
Keyboard
1. Remove the battery cover. (Use a paperclip to help you
open the battery compartment cover if necessary.)
2. Insert the batteries.
3. Close the battery cover.
Please ensure the battery’s polarities(+/—) match the battery
compartments polarities.

Activating the Mouse
1. Leave your computer on.
2. On the mouse, slide the power switch to the ON
position.
3. On your computer , open the Wireless Devices with
Bluetooth® technology programme. it is usually found
in Control Panel or the Start Menu.
Example:
For computers running Windows®7
Start>Conrol Panel>Devices and Printers>Add a device
For computers running Vista®
Start>Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Device with
Bluetooth® technology
For computers running Windows® XP
Start>Control Panel>Printers and Other
Hardware>Device with Bluetooth®technology
In the Wireless Devices programme, select the option to
add a new device and follow the instructions on screen.
4. Press the Connect button on the underside of the
mouse to allow your computer to discover it.

Activating the Keyboard
1. Leave your computer on.
2. On the keyboard, slide the power switch to the ON
position.
3. On your computer open the application for
wirelessconnections using Bluetooth® technology. This
is usually found in Control Panel or the Start menu.
Example:
For computers running Windows® 7:
Start > Control Panel > Devices and Printers >
Add a device
For computers running Vista®:
Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound >
Wireless Devices with Bluetooth® technology
For computers running Windows® XP:
Start > Control Panel > Printers and Other Hardware >
Wireless Devices with Bluetooth® technology
In the wireless application, select the option to add a
new device and follow the instructions on the screen. If
you are prompted for a password, type the password on
the keyboard, then press enter.
4. Press the Connect button on the back of the keyboard
to allow the keyboard to be discovered by your
computer.

Hints and Tips
Keyboard Not Working:
1. Change the batteries.
2. Ensure the keyboard is switched on using the ON/OFF
switch at the back of the unit.
3. Ensure your Windows platform supports input devices
(e.g., mice and keyboard), and is the latest version.
4. Ensure your computers wireless function is active.
5. Ensure there are no other wireless devices in discovery
mode.
6. Move the keyboard closer to the computer.
7. Press the Connect button at the back of the unit
without pressing any other key.
Mouse Not Working :
1. Check the battery is installed correctly. Replace it if
necessary.
2. Ensure the mouse is switched on using the ON/OFF
switch on the unit’s underside.
3. Ensure your Windows® platform supports input device
(e.g. Mice and keyboards), and is the latest version.
4. Ensure you have pressed the mouses connection.
5. Ensure your computers’ wireless devices with
Bluetooth® technology function is active.
6. Ensure no other wireless devices are in discovery mode.
7. If the mouse is moving erratically, change the working
surface the mouse is operating on.
