● Detects surrounding motion.
● Management via Mobile App Client.
● When the sensor is set to “Armed” in the mobile App, the user will immediately receive
a notication whenever a motion is detected in the detection area. This product can also
interwork with other security devices of BrightLife in a form of a complete security system.
● This product can be used as a trigger to execute tasks and control behavior of other BrightLife
products linked to the same gateway.
● The quick and interference-free wireless transmission of alarm notication does lower the
false alarm rate.
● Self-adjustment function can balance the loss of sensitivity due to temperature change.
● The detection angle is wide and can be adjusted accordingly.

In order to congure and use this product, you will need to download “BrightLife in Hand”
mobile App.
The application is available for both iOS and Android platforms.
You search for the application in the online store, or, you can visit www.sa-brightlife.com and
scan the QR code available there to redirect you to the application in the online store.

Option 1: Place it on any xed at surface
Option 2: Installation on a wall or ceiling (will require using a power drill)
Step 1: Mount two screw support plugs in the desired location of the wall/ceilings. Then x the
base with the provided screws.

Recommended: for better performance, it is highly recommended for this product to be
ceiling mounted (not higher than 4 meters).

Connectivity scenario
When the sensor is set to “Armed” in the Mobile App, the System Indicator Light on the sensor will
blink RED whenever motion is detected in the detection area. At the same time, the Mobile App
will show an alarm notication.
On normal conditions, System Indicator Light will not show any activity.

Installation Instructions
Join Zigbee Network
Quickly click the Multi-functional Key 4 times. The System Indicator Light will blink green to request
the add to the ZigBee network then will go OFF after blinking green for 2 seconds. Joining Zigbee
network will be completed once the light is OFF.

Long press the Multi-functional Key for 10s. When released, the System Indicator Light will blink 4
times and then goes OFF indicating that exit ZigBee network was successful.

Important
● Make sure ZigBee network indicator light of the wireless gateway (purchased separately) is
blinking.
● Make sure this product is connected to power and is placed within the eective communication
distance of the gateway. If remote control is needed, connect the gate to the internet.
● Whenever you wish to add this product to another gateway, please exit the current network
rst and then set to join new network.
● Factory settings defaults to out of ZigBee network.

Dimensions
● This product shall be installed according to the height specied in the user manual. Installing
the product too high or too low will cause adverse eect to the angle and distance of
detection. Any furniture, potted plant and other partitions shall not be placed in a way blocks
the desired detection area.
● This product shall be placed away from air conditioners, refrigerators, stoves etc., as it is
sensitive to changes in temperature. In case of false alarm caused by thermal current and
motion of human.
● Do not install the product facing a window. If it is installed near to a windows, it is recommended
to shut the curtains.
● This product shall be inspected regularly for malfunction to ensure timely alarm.
● This product is sensitive to shocks, dropping it from a height more than 1 meter will damage
the internal components.
● Do not dissemble or ret this product and the accessories by yourself.
RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE
THE USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.
