Recommended Use
These Rest Mats are designed with cleanliness
in mind, with a durable green top, and a neu-
tral underside. The four-section fold also keeps
sleeping surfaces face to face and clean during
storage.
WARNING
cThis product is intended for use by children of
immature judgment, therefore supervision is
required at all times.
Assembly
Your Rest Mats come in one carton completely
assembled and ready to use. Inside are:
1 Your mat(s).
2 This product guide.
If your shipment is incomplete, please call
Customer Service.
Maintenance
Periodically inspect for tears, rips, and worn areas.
Remove the product from service if any condition
develops that might make use unsafe.
M65 Rest Mat
Cleaning
Clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Rinse
with a damp cloth and water. Do not machine wash.
Disinfecting: We recommend hydrogen peroxide
disinfectants. Examples: Accel TB, Envirox 118. A
10% bleach solution may also be used. Follow
manufacturer’s instructions.
DO NOT USE: Alcohol, pine oil, or iodine
based products. Air dry.
Construction
Upholstery is urethane foam covered by a
polyurethane coated polycotton knit.

We are not responsible for modifications made by
customers to our products in the field without our
supervision, testing, or evaluation.
