Important Safety Information
AREA OF USE
• Keep the area of use clean and well lit. Clutter or loose objects
invite accidents.
• Do not operate device in explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Electric devices can
generate sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
• Keep minors, small children, and mentally disabled away while
operating device.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
• Grounded tools must be plugged into an outlet properly installed
and grounded in accordance with all codes and ordinances. Never
remove the grounding prong or modify the plug in any way. Do use
any adapter plugs.
PERSONAL SAFETY
• Stay alert. Watch what you are doing and use common sense when
operating an electrical device.
EXTENSION CORDS
You need to use an extension cord with The BFF. Use a
proper extension cord. ONLY use cords listed by
Underwriters Laboratories (UL). Other extension cords
can cause a drop in line voltage, resulting in a loss of
power and overheating of device. For this device an AWG
(American Wire Gauge) size of at least 14-gauge is
recommended for an extension cord of 25ft. or less in
length. Use a cord with an straight end-facing 2-prong
female connector.

AREA OF USE
• Keep the area of use clean and well lit. Clutter or loose objects
invite accidents.
• Do not operate device in explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Electric devices can

operating device.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY

• Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Contain long
hair (tie above neck). Keep your clothing away from moving parts.
Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts
and cause serious injury, or even death.
• Do not use device near any flammable materials
• Do not use on head, neck or face.
• Do not use on areas with unexplained pain.
• Do not use on skin that is sensitive, burned, has open sores or is
irritated or infected.
• Do not use if you are being treated for a skin condition
• Do not use on children or animals.
• Close supervision is necessary when using near children or
mentally disabled persons.
• Always use the BFF in a continuous motion, not applying too much
pressure. You may feel itchy if you stay in an area too long. It is
from an increase of microcirculation near the surface of the skin,
and will go away after a few seconds.
• To disconnect, push button to off position.
• Always disconnect cord when not in use.
• Always allow device to cool down before storing.

• Do not expose to rain or moisture.
• Do not leave product close to sink, tub, pool or beverages.
WARNING

• Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• Never operate this product if device, cord or plug are damaged or if
the device has been dropped in water or any other liquid.
• Keep the air vents and holes free of hair and lint.
• Do not operate under blanket or pillow. Do not use in bed. Excessive
heat can result in fire, electric shock or injury.
• Never drop or slide objects into openings.
• Do not use in bed, bathtub or kitchen.
DEVICE USE & CARE
• Do not force device. Utilize the inherent weight of the device to
apply pressure without force.
• Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any
adjustments, change accessories or storing the device.
• Store idle device out of reach of children and other untrained
persons. Electrical devices are dangerous in the hands of untrained
persons.
• Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer
for your model. Accessories that may be suitable for one purposed,
may become hazardous when used on an unintended device.

ALWAYS APPLY LOTIONS TO SKIN, THEN USE THE BFF
TO SPREAD & MASSAGE ON DESIRED AREA.
Plush Blue BuffBonnet = Intended for WET use when
applying massage oils, lotions, crèmes and body butters. It
can also be used DRY over clothing or on bare skin.
White Spa-Luxe BuffBonnet = Intended for DRY use over
clothing or on bare skin. It may also be used for the WET
uses mentioned above.

QUICK USE GUIDE:
1 GET READY
PREP YOURSELF
• TIE LONG HAIR up above ears
• REMOVE Any loose clothing (you may remain
clothed)
• REMOVE any jewelry, piercing, or accessories
such as ties, scarves, necklaces, etc.
2 GET SET
PREP YOUR BUFFER
• Fit appropriate accessory for intended use.
• Attach snug-fitting extension cord to BFF cord.
• Make sure BFF switch is in off position – “ O ”
• Plug extension cord into safe wall outlet.
3 BUFF!
1. Firmly grip around Gripping Area, pick up
machine, and hold away from the body. Turn
switch to ON position.
2. Using the flat side, Gently let The BFF™ glide
around your body, no added pressure needed,
allowing the weight of the machine to provide
pressure. Only below the neck!
3. “Catch edge” or gently roll pad from flat side onto
the disk pad edge to achieve a deeper, more
isolated penetration of tissues.
IMPORTANT: Do not use device on any area above
shoulders, directly on the spine, pubic area, or underarms.
Do not apply any pressure. Simply allow the weight of the
device to provide pressure. If you want more pressure,
simply “catch edge” which isolates and deepens pressure.
FITTING THE BONNETS
1. Center the bonnet on the BodyBuffing Disc.
2. Stretch one side of the bonnet over the foam pad.
3. Pull the elastic edging over the foam pad evenly and
slowly. Pulling too hard on the foam pad may result in a
torn pad.
BONNET CLEANING
The Microfiber & Spa Luxe Bonnet can be hand washed or
machine-washed on gentle cycle. DO NOT use fabric
softener as it can clog the fibers. Allow to air dry on a towel
hook.

The technology driving the BFF is called Random Orbital

DAILY ROUTINES
Wake ‘n’ Buff = 5 to10 min. morning buff to get your
crusty old lethargic butt outta bed.
Pre-Shower Exfoliation/Massage = 10-15 min. will have
you feeling warm & fuzzy on the inside, and like a baby’s
bottom on the outside!
Pre-Workout = 5 to 10 minutes of gliding over your
workout clothes will warm up your muscles (pump blood
into them) and may help prevent injury.
DAILY ROUTINES
