IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Do not unplug from the mains by pulling on the mains lead, grasp the plug to remove it.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning.
Make sure the rotating blade stops completely before disassembling.
Do not use the appliance if the rotating blade is damaged.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons to avoid a hazard.
Keep appliance and the power cable away from direct radiant heat from the sun, from damp, from sharp edges
and other dangers.
Only use original accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
Do not use outdoors or expose to rain.
Do not use the product with wet hands or bare feet.
If the appliance is dropped in water do not reach for it, switch off and disconnect at the mains and drain the water
before retrieving the appliance, do not use the appliance again until it has been checked by a qualified service
agent.
Never touch the rotating blades while still in motion; always wait for them to stop.
Never use this appliance to mix or stir anything other than foods.
Avoid contacting moving parts.
Do not blend or chop food that is cooking or use with boiling liquids. Danger of scalding.
CAUTION:
The cutting blades are sharp, handle with care.
Do not attempt to remove or replace any attachment when the appliance is in operation.
WARNING:
Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and when cleaning.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the mains supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that
move in use.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

OVERVIEW
UNPACKING
Carefully unpack your chopper, as blades are very sharp.
Inspect the chopper for any signs of damage, paying particular attention to the mains cable. If any damage is found, do
not use it.
USING YOUR MINI CHOPPER
1. Remove the power unit and lid from the receptacle and place the receptacle on a flat, stable and dry surface.
y To remove the lid, press tabs at both sides of the lid toward the centre then pull out the lid.
WARNING: The cutting blades are very sharp. Take great care when handling the blade attachment.

2. Place the blade attachment onto the pin in the middle of the receptacle.
3. Fill the receptacle with ingredients. Do not exceed the MAX. line.
y Make sure the ingredients are chopped or sliced into small pieces before processing.
4. Place the lid onto the receptacle until a click is heard. The chopper will not work unless the lid has been properly
fitted.
5. Place the power unit on the receptacle with lid.
6. Plug the chopper into the mains socket.
7. Press and hold the power button.
y Wet or soft ingredients can be processed for short length of time.
y Do not run the chopper continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow to cool down for 5 minutes before further
use.
8. Remove the plug from the mains socket.
9. Remove the power unit, the lid and the blade attachment before emptying the receptacle.
10. Attach the sprinkle attachment to the receptacle. Hold down the sprinkle attachment when pouring the processed
ingredients.
Recommendation to process carrot
Wash carrot. Cut into 2cm pieces then soak in water for 30 minutes. Fill the receptacle with carrot pieces making sure
the MAX line is not exceeded. Run the chopper for approximately 1 minute. Always let the chopper cool down to room
temperature after use.
Useful Hints
z The appliance is equipped with a safety switch that prevents the chopper from switching on when the lid is not
fitted properly.
z The appliance is not designed to chop hard ingredients such as coffee beans, ice cubes or frozen foods.
z Always attach the blade attachment before adding the ingredients.
z Wet ingredients can easily be liquefied if processed too long.
z Uniform results can be achieved by adding same sized pieces of food.
z If the ingredients are to be pureed, they must be cooked beforehand.
ATTENTION:
z Do not add boiling hot liquids.
z Do not overfill the receptacle.
z Do not operate the chopper without food in the receptacle.

CLEANING
Always unplug the chopper from the mains supply before cleaning.
1. Remove the power unit, the lid and the blade attachment.
2. Clean the lid, the blade attachment and the sprinkle attachment in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Extreme
care shall be taken when cleaning the blades which are very sharp.
3. Clean the power unit with a damp cloth.
NOTE: Never immerse the motor unit or its lead in water. Do not allow water to enter the motor unit as damage may
result.
