INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Before installation, the wall and floor tiles should have been completed,
and the pit and water supply lines are reserved.

Installation Instruction of Wall Hang Urinal
1.
The distance between the center of the pipe and the wall should be in line
with the distance from the pits of the urinal.

Installation Steps
A. PREPARATION
Turn the water supply OFF.
Install or relocate the supply tubing and waste pipe as necessary to
conform to the roughing in dimensions.
Install the shut o valve.
Install adequate support framing for the wall hangers as needed.
Determine the position of the waste pipe nepple. When establishing the
nepple length, take into account the length of the urinal outlet spud and
the distance of the female collar will thread onto the waste pipe nepple.

NOTE: Add a little extra length to the nepple to allow for gasket space.
Installation Instructions
Do not disassemble the main body, as it has been installed & commissioned
correctly & precisely before leaving the factory.
To avoid from jamming, do flush the water pipe before installation.
After installation, make sure every joint safely sealed & no leaking.

B. INSTALLATION
Install the wall hangers (a) according to the roughing in illustration.
Apply seal tape to the collar (b) and install the flange (c) to the pipe, then
install them to the wall using pipe sealant, screws and fishers (e).
Place the gasket (d) onto the flange (c) with the beveled surface facing
away from the collar.
Carefully position the urinal on the wall hangers (f).
Secure the urinal to the female collar using the screws and washers
provided (g).

Cleaning & Maintenance
To keep the product clean & shining, follow the steps as
below:
Flush with clean water & dry with soft cloth only.
If any dirt, clean with soft liquid or transparent glass
detergent.
Do not use any scrubbing detergent, polisher, sane-cloth,
paper tissue or scraper.
Do not use acid detergent, indissolvable grain-like
detergent or soap.
ACID
Install the flush valve according to the instructions.
Connect the water supply and complete the waste pipe connections.
Turn on the water supply.
Flush and check the entire installation for leaks.

PETUNJUK PEMASANGAN
Sebelum pemasangan, pastikan dinding urinoir, lantai keramik, lubang, dan
jalur pasokan air telah siap.
Petunjuk Pemasangan Urinoir Gantung
1.
Jarak antara tengah pipa dengan tembok harus sesuai dengan jarak dari
lubang urinoir.
2.
Langkah-Langkah Pemasangan
1. PERSIAPAN
Matikan saluran air.
Pasang/pindahkan tabung pasokan air dan pipa pembuangan untuk ke-
perluan penyesuaian dimensi yang ada.
Pasang katup penutup.
Pasang rangka yang sesuai untuk kebutuhan gantungan dinding.
Tentukan posisi nepple pembuangan air. Ketika menyesuaikan panjang
nepple, perhatikan panjang dari pipa sambungan yang akan dipasang-
kan pada pipa pembuangan air.

CATATAN: Tambahkan sedikit panjang pada nepple untuk ruang pada gasket.

Petunjuk Pemasangan
Dilarang membongkar badan utama produk, karena telah dipasang dengan
benar dan tepat sebelum kran keluar dari pabrik.
Untuk menghindari terjadinya kebuntuan, siram pipa air terlebih dahulu
sebelum pemasangan.
Setelah terpasang, pastikan setiap sambungan telah disegel dengan
aman dan tidak bocor.

2. PEMASANGAN
Pasang rangka urinoir (a) pada dinding sesuai dengan ilustrasi.
Aplikasikan plester pada pipa drat luar (b) dan pasang flange (c) pada
pipa dan pasang pada tembok menggunakan lem pipa, skrup dan fisher (e).
Posisikan gasket (d) pada flange (c) dengan posisi bertolak belakang
dari drat luar.
Dengan hati-hati pasangkan urinoir pada rangka dinding (f).
Eratkan urinoir pada pipa drat luar dengan menggunakan skrup dan
cincin penutup yang disediakan (g).

Pembersihan & Perawatan
Untuk menjaga produk tetap bersih dan mengkilap, ikuti
langkah-langkah di bawah ini:
Siram dengan air bersih dan keringkan dengan kain lap
yang lembut.
Jika terdapat kotoran, bersihkan dengan cairan yang
tidak keras atau dengan deterjen kaca transparan.
Jangan menggunakan deterjen gosok, penggosok, ker-
tas tisu, atau pengikis/pengikir.
Jangan menggunakan butiran dengan zat kimia yang
sulit larut seperti deterjen dan sabun.

Pasang katup flush sesuai dengan instruksi
Sambungkan saluran air dan selesaikan sambungan pipa pembuangan air
Nyalakan saluran air
Flush dan cek keseluruhan pemasangan, apakah terjadi kebocoran atau
tidak
PERHATIAN:
