1. Set the first tray upright onto the work surface. Fit a post into each
corner. There are two right-hand (#2) and two left-hand posts (#3).
Each post will only fit into specific corners. Push each post into the
corner until seated. Use a mallet to tap into place if necessary.
2. Attach the swivel casters (#7) to the front of the cart with 4 carriage
bolts (#10). Push a bolt through one of the holes in the post bracket,
tray and caster. Slip a split washer (#11) and nut (#12) onto the bolt
and tighten the nut. Repeat for both swivel casters.
3. Attach both fixed casters (#6) to the rear of the cart, following the
same steps for the swivel casters.
4. Move the partially assembled cart to the floor.
5. Place the second tray (#1) upside down on the work surface. Position
the handle (#8) upside down with the handgrip facing outwards. Align
the slots on the tray’s end with the handle and push down until it fits
into place. Tap the handle into place until it is fully seated.
6. Flip the second tray over and place on the four posts. Guide each post
into the corner and push down to secure or tap with a mallet.
7. Place a post cap (#4 and #5) on each corner and tap into place.
8. Secure each post with three screws (#9) from underneath.
9. Check that all plastic components are properly seated, all bolts and
screws are tight and the casters move freely.
