Mounting instructions
1.
Ställ MC:n på centralstödet, plocka bort sidopaneler.
2.
Lossa luftslangen och reglaget för justering av
original stötdämparen på höger sida.
3.
Demontera nedre stötdämparskruven och skruven
mellan länkarna.
4.
Demontera även övre stötdämparskruven, lyft
bakhjulet och plocka bort original stötdämparen
nedåt. Demontera främre hjälmlåset på vänster sida,
detta skall ej återmonteras.
5.
Montera Öhlin-stötdämparen med gasnippeln vänd
bakåt, montera övre stötdämparskruven. Montera
hydraul förspännaren på vänster sida enligt skiss.
6.
Montera skruven till länkarna och nedre
stötdämparskruven.
7.
Montera sidopaneler, se till att samtliga skruvar är
åtdragna.
1.
Place the motorcycle on the center stand, remove
sidecovers.
2.
Remove the “rod” for the the damping adjustment
and the air hose.
3.
Remove the lower attachment bolt to the drag link
and also the lower shockabsorber bolt.
4.
Remove the upper shockabsorber bolt, lift the rear
wheel and remove the shockabsorber downwards.
5.
The helmet lock on the left side has to be removed in
order to make room for the spring preload adjuster.
6.
Mounting the Öhlin-shockabsorber:
Start by pulling the preload adjuster up and out on
the left side. Follow with the shockabsorber itself
and fit the upper shockabsorber bolt. The gas-nipple
shall be faced rear. Mount the preload adjuster, see
fig.
7.
Mount the bolt to the link and to the lower
shockabsorber bolt.
8.
Mount sidecovers. Make sure that all bolts are
tightened
