This equipment is intended for in-home use only. Do not use this equipment in any commercial,
rental, school or institutional setting. Failure to comply will void the warranty.
WARNING

• If you experience any kind of pain, including but not limited to chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or
shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
• When exercising, always maintain a comfortable pace.
• Do not wear clothes that might catch on any part of the equipment.
• Always wear athletic shoes while using this equipment.
• At no time should more than one person be on the equipment.
• This equipment should not be used by persons weighing more than specified
on front of this card. Failure to comply will void the warranty.
• To clean, wipe surfaces down with soap and slightly damp cloth only;
never use solvents. (See MAINTENANCE in owner’s manual)
• At NO time should children under the age of 14 use the equipment.
• Children over the age of 14 or disabled persons should not use the equipment without adult supervision.
• Use the equipment only for its intended use as described in the training guide and owner’s manual.
• Do not use other attachments that are not recommended by the
manufacturer. Attachments may cause injury.

Use care with all fitness accessories.
Horizontal adjustable bar is heavy. Support
bar from center of mass when detaching and
reattaching bar to frame structure. Ensure
bar is fully engaged with frame before use.
Proper footwear is required for usage.
Use only with accessories provided.

Only one user at a time allowed on equipment.
No climbing on frame.
All exercises should be
performed on the platform.
Do not use barbells
with this equipment.

INSTALLATION
STABLE AND LEVEL SURFACE: MATRIX exercise equipment must be installed on a stable base and properly
leveled.
PROPER USAGE
1. Do not exceed weight limits of the exercise device.
2. If applicable, set safety stops to appropriate height.
3. Exercise using no more weight than you can safely lift and control.
4. In a controlled manner, perform exercise.
TRAINING BAR
Ensure bar is securely xed in the cradles on the frame before using. The training bar weighs 11lbs. Use
caution when performing bar exercises and ensure no obstructions are in movement path. When not in use,
properly secure training bar on the frame using both the upper and lower storage brackets.
RESISTANCE BANDS
Inspect bands before every use and never use a damaged band. Keep bands out of reach of younger
children and supervise teenagers when using bands. Always ensure band is securely attached to mounting
point before beginning exercise. DO NOT attach band to storage hook (Not for use during exercise). DO NOT
exceed maximum advised stretch of 3X band length.
SUSPENSION STRAPS (not included)
Follow manufacturer’s instructions when attaching and using suspension straps. DO NOT attach straps or
other items to storage hook (Not for use during exercise).
