5 CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
Do not over-charge the battery. The battery service life will be shortened.
DO NOT operate the spotlight while charging. This will cause permanent damage to
the battery
5.1 AC/DC charger
Insert the charger plug into the DC jack of the unit and plug the charger into a mains
supply socket (230V – 50Hz)
Make sure that the voltage rating of the mains supply corresponds with that of the
charger.
The time required to fully charge the battery is around 15 hours.
Important note : Only use the charger supplier by the manufacturer.
Other chargers may damage the unit.
5.2 12V DC car plug charger
Plug the car plug adaptor supplied into the cigarette lighter socket of your car and
insert the adaptor plug into the DC jack of the unit.
The time required to fully charge the battery is around 8-10 hours.
You can connect your spotlight POWLI310 directly to the 12V cigaret lighter power
source of your car with the supplied plug.
6 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Charge the battery completely before you use your spotlight for the first time.
To switch ON : press the trigger switch (1).
To prevent that the spotlight can be switched on accidentally (during storage : fire
may occur !) you can block the trigger by engaging the locking switch (12). Slide it
downwards to lock the trigger.
Trigger switch can be locked in the 'ON" position for continuous operation by sliding
the trigger switch into to the locking position. Slide back to un-lock
Emergency light / map light : switch it on or off with the “led emergency light switch”

It is not recommended to use the unit continuously. It is designed for intermittent use
only.
Charge the battery immediately after each use.
Your spotlight can be used directly to a 12V DC supply (car battery). Use the
supplied 12V car adaptor, plug it in the cigarette lighter of your car.
You can adapt the emitted light power by turning knob (13)
7 MAINTENANCE
7.1 Battery replacement
Screw off the plastic back cover at the back, pull out the battery and its terminals,
replace the 6V -4Ah Lead Acid Battery.
Replace the plastic back cover.
7.2 Bulb replacement
Remove the rubber impact ring guard (3).
Loosen the 2 screws; remove the cover. Note : avoid glass to fall.
