Laney DH80 is a versatile electronic drum amplifier with a wide range of features for both practice and performance. Introduction
The DH80 is designed to deliver a wide variety of electronic percussion
sounds at home, in the classroom or wherever you choose to use it.
Its small foot print, hard hitting output and multiple inputs makes it perfect for
use in the classroom. The BLUETOOTH
aux in allows you to stream tunes directly from your phone making practising
fun and engaging. The DRUMHUB also has a headphone socket, making it
possible to practise with minimal distraction to others.
The hard-hitting low end of the DH80 delivers all the bass drum you look for
in an acoustic bass drum, and the crystal-clear top end makes your E-Drum
cymbals sound like the real thing.

Input 1 jack & mini jack inputs: Sockets provided for connecting an
external electronic drum/sound module. Use the regular input or the
mini jack input depending on the output connections on your external
electronic drum/sound module. Both accept a stereo or mono source.
Input 1 Level Control: Adjust the volume of the electronic drum/sound
module connected to input 1.
Input 2 jack & mini jack inputs: Sockets provided for connecting an
external electronic drum/sound module. Use the regular input or the
mini jack input depending on the output connections on your external
electronic drum/sound module. Both accept a stereo or mono source.
Input 2 Level Control: Adjust the volume of the electronic drum/sound
module connected to input 2.
Aux in & BLUETOOTH: A convenient 3.5mm stereo jack input is provided,
perfect for adding a backing track to the mix from your phone or MP3 player.
If the external device being used is BLUETOOTH enabled, then keep things
tidy by connecting your device via BLUETOOTH.
To enable the onboard BLUETOOTH receiver simply press the BLUETOOTH
button and the unit will search for a suitable BLUETOOTH enabled device to
pair to. Whilst searching the BLUETOOTH LED will ash quickly.
Once a BLUETOOTH connection has been established the BLUETOOTH LED
will ash slowly. The range of the BLUETOOTH is approximately 10m.
Both BLUETOOTH and AUX in can be used simultaneously.

Bass: Adjusts the low-end response of the signal.
Treble: Adjusts the low-end response of the signal.
Headphones: Socket provided for connecting a pair of headphones to allow
silent practise. Turn the volumes to zero before plugging in your headphones.
Slowly turn up until a comfortable listening level is achieved.
DI Out: The XLR DI out socket provides a balanced output for direct
injection of the ampliers signal into a mixing desk input for connecting your
DH80 direct to the PA.
