1. Press down red Stabilizer Brake Pedal so it locks in place. The
Stabilizer Brake should remain in DOWN position.
2. Attempt to move the ServerLIFT. It should be locked in place
and not be able to move. If it rolls at all, or Stabilizer Brake
does not lock in DOWN position, contact ServerLIFT Service
and Support.
3. To release, press green release pedal and allow pedals to return
to UP positions.
4. If operating correctly, proceed to next Function Test.
If Battery is not fully charged, recharge it before continuing Set Up
(see Battery Charging, pg. 27).
Note: Charge the Battery whenever the ServerLIFT is not
in active use to maximize battery life.
Set Up
!
Never plug into a wall outlet or power source that is not approved
for your ServerLIFT model. See Battery Charging, pg. 27 for
approved power source specications.
CHARGING BATTERY WITH UNAPPROVED POWER SOURCE OR
OPERATING UNIT WHILE CHARGING WILL VOID WARRANTY AND
RESULT IN PERMANENT CHARGING SYSTEM FAILURE.
Note: If operating correctly, engaging the Brake will very
slightly lift the back of the ServerLIFT up off the ground.
Applying additional force may be required to engage the
Stabilizer Brake at the point where it lifts the unit and locks
in place. If too much force is needed, or the Stabilizer Brake
does not lift the back wheels up, contact ServerLIFT Service
and Support.
