Encore ENAT-OD7 is a powerful 7 dBi Omni Directional Wireless Antenna that expands wireless coverage more than 3 times compared to a regular antenna, providing a stronger and more reliable connection. It supports IEEE 802.11b, 802.11g, and 802.11n wireless products with a detachable SMA connector, eliminating dead spots and ensuring quality reception in almost any location.

Posioning / Placement:
The ENAT-OD7 is featured with an Omni Direconal enhancement.
The ENAT-OD7 transmits and / or receives wireless signal covering
full longitudinal surface around the antenna.
It is highly recommended to have the antenna in a vercal physical
posion than horizontal in most cases.
This posional recommendaon also applies when the antenna is
connected to the PCI LAN card.
There are many factors which can affect the range of your wireless
network.
Here are some ps to get the most use of your antenna:
Make sure that the antenna is placed away from any electrical
devices specially those that generates radio signals or an
electromagnec fields such as microwave, incandescent light
bulbs, 2.4 MHz cordless phones, high voltage electrical wirings,
transformers, TV units or CRT PC Monitor, etc.
The wireless signal weakens if it has to pass through (reinforced)
concrete walls. Signal weakens a lot as it passes thru several
concrete walls making the distance shorter.
Signal can be a lot weaker a few feet under or above the antenna
locaons, compare to a few feet in both side locaons of the
antenna.
Make sure that the antenna is not posioned too close to any
large objects such as cabinets, couch, bed, etc.
It is not recommended placing the antenna on a meter cupboard.

Encore’s ENAT-OD7 Omni Direconal Wireless Antenna expands
more than 3 mes wireless coverage and gives more boosng
power compare to a regular antenna.
With 7dBi antenna power, your wireless connecon is reliably
stronger and almost eliminates most dead-spots found on a
regular antenna.
No more worries on where to place your wireless devices to get
the best recepon because almost all places within the ENAT-OD7
range get quality recepons.
Encore strongly recommends that you follow direcons found in
this user manual for the most and effecve usage of your antenna.
ENAT-OD7 is compable with 802.11 b, g, and n wireless products
with detachable SMA connector.
Caring your Omni Direconal Wireless Antenna:
Do not expose the Encore ENAT-OD7 Wi-Fi Antenna to any
extreme temperatures.
Do not use the ENAT-OD7 Omni Direconal Wireless Antenna
in extremely humid surroundings.
Protect the antenna against powerful shocks or jolts as it may
damage the antenna structures and electronic components.
Never aempt to open the antenna yourself-There are no
end-user components inside. Opening the antenna by any
unauthorized repair service or person voids the warranty.

Installaon:
If hooking up to the wireless LAN card on a computer, the
computer must be shutdown down and unplug from the power
outlet. If hooking up to the wireless router or access point the
power adapter must be unplugged.
Unscrew the exisng antenna in a counter-clockwise direcon.
Replace with Encore’s ENAT-OD7 antenna by screwing it in a
clockwise direcon.
Power-on the device (Computer for LAN card / Router or
Access Point).
