To install upright supports to trays
and side handle
Start with bottom tray(B). Slot in uprights(C) and attach
with M6x12 bolt(AA) and M6 serrated nut(CC).
Attach top tray(A) in same manner but use the two
M6x16 bolts(BB) when installing handle(F) through
upright support and tray(A,B).
Square up unit and tighten securely. See assembly
diagram.
To install casters
Carefully lay cart on its side, with cardboard or a
soft mat underneath for the purpose of protection.
Position the two swivel brake plastic casters(D) on the
same side of the cart bottom as tube handle(F). Insert
M8x12 hexagon head bolts(DD) thru bottom tray inside.
Repeat for the two swivel casters without brakes(E) on
the other side. See assembly diagram.
Maintenance

Caster maintenance
Grease the casters annually using high-quality bearing grease.
Tighten securely with M8 nylon nut(EE) outside.
Care and Cleaning
Check the overall condition of the product periodically. Tighten any loose bolts and repair or replace
any broken or damaged parts.
Remove grease and oil with a standard no ammable cleaning uid.
