Lofra ovens offer up to eleven

cooking programs that can meet the

requirements of the most creative

cooking.

GAS VENTILATED

VENTILATED GAS OVEN

The uniformity of temperature is

provided by a fan. Excellent for cooking

where a uniform distribution of heat

and constant temperature is necessary.

The fanned gas oven was pioneered in 2005,

and was unique in Europe. According to the

results of the 2005 ring test, the ventilated gas

cooker by LOFRA is in the highest efficiency

class.

EASY TO CLEAN

The internal surface of the oven is

smoother and easier to clean, due to

Lofra’s unique enamel coating.

SAFE COOLING

COOLING FAN

It prevents hot air from damaging close

to kitchen furniture. Cold air enters

the oven door from below and warm

air vents out through a slot above the

handle.

TELESCOPIC SHELVES

SUPPORTS

Special guides prevent the overturning

of trays, grilles and spits with a load

up to 15 kg while also permitting easy

access for turning and basting.

I SERIE BURNER

The I Serie burner has a high level of

efficiency and minimum gas emissions.

In accordance with EEC Gas Safety

Directive, the burner is protected by

the GAS-STOP system, which allows a

timely cut-off of gas supply whenever

the flame burns out.
