Electro-Voice EVS-16B is a three-way acoustic suspension system with performance equal to many floor-standing speakers. It has a 12-inch woofer that provides full, resounding bass response without thump or boom. The 5” mid-range speaker exhibits outstanding transient response and low distortion, contributing crisp, full-bodied sound. The shallow, curved cone tweeter provides clean, well-dispersed highs, with response extending essentially flat to 20 kHz. A deluxe LCR crossover controls input to each driver, and a tweeter level control enables matching to room acoustics or personal taste.
