The product must not be

it is in use or shortly after use

The use of extension cords is
not recommended. If the use of
an extension cord is necessary,
it must be designed for a

an external timer or separate
remote control system.
Cleaning and storage

Before first use
Remove all packaging materials. Check if all
parts are complete.
During production, parts are covered with
a protective oil film. Preheat the product
before baking so that any potential residues
evaporate.
Clean the product and its accessories
(see “Cleaning and care”).
NOTICE
The first few times the product is heated up,
a faint odor may be present. Ensure sufficient
ventilation in the area.
Discard the first set of waffles / donuts /
omelets.

Operation
Turning on/off
Turning the product on: Connect the power
plug [4] to a suitable socket outlet. The red
indicator [3] lights up.
Turning the product off: Disconnect the
power plug [4] from the socket outlet. The
red power indicator [3] goes off.
Light indicator Status
Red indicator [3] on Product is on.
Red indicator [3] off Product is off.
Green indicator [2] off Product is preheating/
reheating.
Green indicator [2] on The baking
temperature has been
reached.
NOTICE
During operation, the green
indicator [2] goes on and off from time
to time. This indicates that the product is
reheating up to the baking temperature.
Making bubble waffles /
donuts / omelets
NOTICE
Grease both bubble waffle plates [6], donut
plates [7] or omelet plates [8] with a suitable
cooking oil.
Keep the product closed while preheating.
Preheat until the green indicator [2] lights up.
Use the handle [1] to open the product.
Use a wooden or heat-resistant plastic ladle
to pour…
batter onto the lower waffle plate [6]/
lower donut plate [7] or
egg mixture on the lower omelet plate [8].
Do not use metal ladles, as this could
damage the non-stick surface of the bubble
waffle plates, donut plates or omelet plates.
Do not overfill the lower bubble waffle
plates [6], lower donut plate [7] or the lower
omelet plate [8] with batter and egg mixture
respectively.
Close the product. The batter (or the egg
mixture) is being baked now.
Suggested baking times
Bubble waffles 3 minutes
Donuts 3 to 5 minutes
Omelets 3to 4 minutes
For reference only (see the “Recipes”
section for estimated cooking times)
Lengthen or shorten the baking time to
achieve the desired result.
Removing bubble waffles / donuts / omelets:
Use a plastic/wooden spatula (or another
suitable kitchen utensil) to avoid damaging
the product’s non-stick coating.
When baking is complete: Disconnect the
power plug [4] from the socket outlet.

Recipes
Basic bubble waffles
Bubble waffle maker (HG06272A-US):
Ingredients:
4.9oz (140g) Flour
1.1oz (30g) Tapioca flour
0.4oz (10g) Custard flour
3tsp Baking powder
2Eggs
4.6oz (130g) Sugar
3.7fl oz (110ml) Water
1.2fl oz (35ml) Evaporated milk
0.5fl oz (15ml) Vegetable oil
¾tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation:
Preheat the product.
Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and the
sugar into a fluffy light yellow mixture. Add
water and evaporated milk.
Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients
mixture. Beat at slow speed until well mixed
and smooth.
Fold in vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
Spray the bubble waffle plates [6] with
cooking butter spray.
Evenly pour the batter on the lower waffle
plate [6]. Each time before baking: Stir and
mix the batter well.
Bake for 3 minutes (or until bubble waffles
are golden brown and soft to touch).
Remove the bubble waffles. Leave to cool on
a cooling rack.
Basic donuts (optional
topping: icing sugar, glazed
chocolate)
Doughnut maker (HG06272B-US):
Ingredients:
9.2oz (260g) Flour
4.6oz (130g) Sugar
1sachet Vanilla sugar
8.5fl oz (250ml) Milk
3Eggs
5tbs Vegetable oil
1.1oz (30g) Baking powder
Simple icing sugar topping (optional):
1.1oz (30g) Icing sugar
Glazed chocolate topping (optional):
2.8oz (80g) 50% chocolate (roughly
chopped)
1.4oz (40g) Cocoa butter
Rainbow sprinkles (or your choice of sprinkles)
Mini marshmallows (or your choice of sprinkles)
Preparation (basic donuts):
Preheat the product.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla sugar and
the sugar into a fluffy light yellow mixture.
Add vegetable oil and milk to the mixture.
Beat at low speed until smooth.
Sift in the flour and baking powder to the
mixture. Beat and mix at low speed until
smooth.
Spray the donut plates [7] with cooking
butter spray.
Evenly spoon the batter onto the lower donut
plate [7]. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until
donuts are golden brown and soft to touch.
Remove the donuts. Leave to cool on a plate.

Preparation (simple icing sugar
topping):
Sift the icing sugar on the donuts.
Preparation (chocolate glaze topping):
Place the chopped chocolate and the cocoa
butter in a heat-proof bowl (stainless steel or
tempered glass).
Bring about 1.2 in (3 cm) of water to a
simmer in a saucepan.
Place the bowl over the simmering water.
When the mixture has melted, remove the
bowl from the heat. Stir and mix well.
Let the chocolate glaze cool a little.
Dip one side of the donut into the chocolate
glaze. Immediately turn up the glazed
side. Place the donut onto a plate for a few
minutes to dry.
Optional: Add rainbow sprinkles or mini
marshmallows on top before the chocolate
glaze has dried on the donuts.
Omelet
Omelette maker (HG06272C-US):
Ingredients:
1 Large egg
0.67 fl oz (20 ml) Water or milk
1dash Pepper (optional)
1slice (approx.
0.7 oz / 20g)
Cooking ham
(half cut)
0.7 oz (20 g) Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Preheat the product.
Whisk eggs, milk / water and pepper in a
bowl until blended.
Fold in cooking ham and shredded cheddar
cheese.
Spray the omelet plates [8] with cooking
spray.
Evenly spoon the egg mixture onto the lower
omelet plate [8]. Bake for approx. 3 minutes
until soft to touch.
Cleaning and care
WARNING Risk of electric shock!
Before cleaning: Always disconnect the
product from the socket outlet.
WARNING Risk of burns! Do not
clean the product right after operation. Let
the product cool first.
WARNING Do not immerse the product’s
electrical components in water or other
liquids. Never hold the product under
running water.

Clean the product right after it
has cooled. Once food residue has dried, it
is not easy to remove.

What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
Damage, breakage or inoperability due to
defect.
Damage not caused by normal wear and
tear or failure to follow the safety and
maintenance instructions provided in the user
manual.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear of the product,
including fragile parts (such as switches,
glass, etc.);
Improper use or transport;
Disregarding safety and maintenance
instructions;
Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning,
fire, water, etc.).
Tampering with the product (such as
removing cover, unscrewing screws etc.)
Consequential and incidental damages are also
not covered under this warranty. However, some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so this
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
What is the period of coverage and
warranty resolution?
The warranty is for 3 years from the date of
purchase. At our discretion, product will either be
refunded or replaced.
