Introduction:
Please read this manual carefully before using the appliance and keep it for future reference.
Safety:
Do not immerse the housing body in water.
Do not cover the air inlet or outlet while the appliance is operating.
Never fill the drawer with oil.
Do not touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating.
Do not use the appliance if there is any damage to the plug, cord or other parts.
Keep the cord away from hot surfaces.
Do not plug in the appliance or operate the control panel with wet hands.
Always make sure that the plug is inserted into the wall socket properly.
When cleaning or storing, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the
socket (pull on the plug, not the cable).
Do not connect the appliance to an external timer switch.
Do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as a tablecloth or
curtain.
Do not place the appliance against a wall or any other appliance. Leave at least 10cm of
free space around the appliance.
Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
Do not let the appliance operate unattended.
Keep hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and air outlets. Be careful of hot
steam and air while removing the pan from the appliance. Any accessible surfaces may

Immediately unplug the appliance if you see dark smoke.
Wait for the smoke emission to stop before you remove the pan from the appliance.
The basket becomes extremely hot when it is used in the air fryer. Always use
oven gloves when handling the basket.
Ensure that the appliance is placed on an even and stable surface.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
-staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
-farm houses;
-by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
-bed and breakfast type environments.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. To
protect children from the dangers posed by this electrical appliance, make sure that the
cable is out of reach and that children do not have access to the appliance.
The warranty is invalid if the appliance is used for professional or semi-professional
purposes, or if it is not used according to instructions.
Do not use the appliance if the plug, power cable or appliance itself is damaged.
If the power cable becomes damaged, you must have it replaced by a
professional as to avoid a potential hazard.
Automatic switch-off:
This appliance has a built-in timer, it will automatically turn off when the timer countdown
reaches 0. You can manually turn off the appliance by touching the start / pause button.
Before first use:
Remove all packaging materials and labels.
Clean the drawer, basket and cake pan with hot water, washing liquid and a non-abrasive
sponge. These parts are also safe to be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a clean cloth.
Using the appliance:
Ensure that you secure the basket into the drawer before each use.

This appliance also comes pre-packaged with a cake pan which is perfect for cakes,
brownies, muffins, cobblers, pies and so much more.
Place the food into the basket.
Slide the drawer into the appliance.

There are 8 inbuilt cooking programs, BEEF, CHIPS, CHICKEN, CAKE, WHOLE CHICKEN,
PIZZA, PRAWN, FISH. Press the cooking program menu to select a pre-set program to get
started. From here, you can adjust the pre-set time and temperature if desired. (Fig. 7)
The table below displays the default cooking time and temperature for each pre-set
cooking program. Please note: when cooking a whole chicken (1.3kg - 1.7kg) allow the
program to cook for the full 30 minutes. Once finished, use tongs to flip the chicken over
onto the other side and set the WHOLE CHICKEN cooking program again, cooking for an
additional 30 minutes.

You can also select the time and temperature based on your recipe without using the
preset cooking programs. The time adjustment is the up and down arrows on the left side
by the clock icon. The temperature adjustment is the up and down arrows on the right side
by the thermometer icon. A short press is 1 increment of measurement and a long press is
5 increments.
Add 2 minutes of cooking time if the appliance is cooled. You can also preheat the appliance
at your desired temperature for 2 minutes before adding the ingredients.
Once on, the hot air circulation blower will stop 5 seconds after the drawer is pulled out.
During the hot air frying process, the fan icon on the control panel will circulate. Pressing
the cooking program menu at this stage will cause the fan icon to blink and pause the
cooking program. If you want to adjust the time or temperature, or switch to a different
cooking program, press the according buttons. When finished with the adjustments, press
menu again to resume.
Some foods require a generous shake halfway through cooking. Simply pull the drawer out
of the appliance and shake it (Fig. 8). Slide the drawer back into the air fryer once finished.
Ensure that you do not push the basket release button while shaking or transporting the
drawer. (Fig. 9)
After the set cooking time has elapsed, the heating element will stop but the fan will
continue to run for 20 seconds to blow away the hot air. When the timer beep alerts 5x, the
timer countdown has reached 0 and the circulation blower will stop completely.
Pull the drawer out of the appliance and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Check if the
food is ready. If the food is not ready, slide the drawer back into the appliance and adjust
the time (and temperature if necessary).
To remove the food, pull the drawer out and place on a flat, heatproof surface.

For foods like chips, potato gems, chicken fingers, etc. simply tip the basket onto a serving
plate. (Fig. 12) Tip: To remove large or fragile food, use a pair of tongs. Using tongs also
prevents the oil collected at the bottom of the pan from leaking back onto the food.
Once the food has been removed, the appliance is immediately ready to use again.
Settings:

settings are to be used as a guide and may need altered depending on origin, brand, size,
initial temperature, etc.

Cleaning:
Clean the appliance after every use.
Unplug the appliance from the wall. Remove the drawer and basket.
Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
Rinse and clean the drawer and basket with hot water, dishwashing soap and a non-
abrasive sponge. Do not scrub the drawer, basket and inside of the appliance with
abrasive materials because they will damage the non-stick coating.
Do not scrub the included cake pan with abrasive materials.
For harder to clean parts, let them rest in warm soapy water for 10 minutes before wiping
them with a non-abrasive sponge.
The drawer and basket are dishwasher safe.

Storage:
Unplug the appliance and let it cool down thoroughly.
Make sure all parts are clean and dry.
Store the appliance in an upright position with all the parts intact and the drawer closed.
Proper disposal:
