Individual control knobs for input 1 to 6.
4. Tone Controls
Bass and treble controls for mixed signals.
5. Master Control
Master volume control for mixed signal ; speaker and line outputs.
Mains switch for ac input. Switching off the switch shall not disconnect the DC supply to the unit if it is
connected to back up battery. It is recommended that the DC back up is connected to the battery
charger's EM output instead of directly to the batteries. This shall prevent idle drain of the battery bank.

6. 24V DC Power Input
Input to battery bank for back up supply with 5A (MA2106) / 8A (MA2112) rating at full load.
7. Speaker Output Terminal
Outputs available are for 4 ohm, 70 and 100V line. Multiple output connections are allowed provided that
they do not exceed the total load rating of the model.

8. REC Output
Unbalanced line level output for connection to external link. The output level is independent of master
volume.
9. AC input terminal
Supply of 220 ~ 240V ac via fused IEC connector.
12. Mic / Line Input Jack
Ch.1 to 3 are inputs for mic signal ( balanced ) while Ch.4 is for balanced line input.
11. RCA Jack
For unbalanced line input sources such as CD player, etc.
10. Ventillation fan
The unit is cooled by dual speed temperature dependent fan. Please ensure adequate room for ventillation.
13. Phantom Power Switch
12V DC phantom power is available for input channel 1 and 2, which is suitable for connection to
condenser microphones. For normal mic inputs, it is recommended that the phantom power feature is
turned off.
Ensure suitable condensor microphone is used which could operate at 12V DC.
Placing the Unit
Place the unit in a well ventillated area, such as open rack or table top. A closed environment such as in cabinet is not
recommended.
Enclosed environment may cause the heat to build up within the unit, causing the heat sensor circuit to activate, thus
muting the amplifier and shall return to working condition when it is below the threshold temperature. This intermittent
muting indicates that the ventillation around the amplifier is poor and should be relocated elsewhere.
Take note the air intake area as shown in the diagram below. Do not block the air intake and outlet area.
