Sicherheitsinformationen
• Schützen Sie das Mikrofon vor Feuchtigkeit, Herunterfallen
und Stoß. Sie könnten das Mikrofon dabei beschädigen!
• Pusten Sie nicht in das Mikrofon und vermeiden Sie es, auf
den Mikrofonkorb zu klopfen. Bei einem Kondensatormikrofon
können Sie den Wandler beschädigen. Zur Funktionskontrolle
sollten Sie in das Mikrofon sprechen.
Anwendung
Das TG I58 Helix eignet sich zur Mikrofonierung vieler
verschiedener, akustischer Instrumente. Dabei zahlt sich die
Kugelcharakteristik des Mikrofons nicht nur durch die klangliche
Ausgewogenheit ohne störenden Nahbesprechungseffekt,
sondern zusätzlich durch die unproblematische Ausrichtung am
Instrument aus.
Anschluss
Das TG I58 Helix ist mit einem weiblichen 4-pol. Mini-XLR
Stecker ausgestattet und als TG-Version für den Einsatz mit den
drahtlosen Mikrofonsystemen der TG-Serie verfügbar.
Für den kabelgebundenen Einsatz muss das Mikrofon mit dem
optionalen Speisewandler MA-PVA an einem phantomspeisenden
Mikrofoneingang betrieben werden.
Der direkte Anschluss des TG I58 Helix an Phantomspeisung
kann das Mikrofon zerstören!
Befestigung
Die drei mitgelieferten Helix Klammern erlauben die Befestigung
des TG I58 Helix an vielen Instrumenten. Um das Übersprechen
von anderen Schallquellen und die Rückkopplungsgefahr zu
minimieren, sollten Sie das Mikrofon möglichst nah am
Entstehungsort des Schalls an Ihrem Instrument befestigen. Das
kann die Zarge einer Violine sein, ebenso ein F-Loch diverser
Zupf- oder Streichinstrumente, das Kopfstück einer Block- oder
Querflöte und vieles andere!
Zur Anpassung an Ihr individuelles Instrument liegen Helix
Klammern in zwei verschiedenen Längen und Durchmessern bei.
Zur Befestigung des TG I58 Helix können diese Klammern in der
Art einer Schraube eingedreht oder auch ineinander gedreht zum
Klemmen benutzt werden. Wie auch immer: durch die weiche
Oberfläche der Helix Halterung bleibt die Oberfläche Ihres
Instruments unbeschädigt.

Safety Information
• Protect the microphone from moisture and sudden impacts.
You could damage the microphone!
• Do not blow into the microphone and do not knock on the
microphone basket. In a condenser microphone this could
damage the transformer. It is preferable to carry out a speech
trial.
Application
The TG I58 Helix is suitable for miking up numerous different,
acoustic instruments. The omnidirectional characteristic of the
microphone avoids an annoying proximity effect not only due to
its sound balance, but also thanks to easy attachment to the
instrument.
Connection
The TG L58 is fitted with a female 4-pin mini XLR connector and
available as TG version for the use with the wireless microphone
systems of the TG series.
For wired applications with phantom power sources the TG I58
Helix must be used with the optional MA-PVA power adapter.
If the TG I58 Helix is directly connected to phantom power, the
microphone can be damaged!
Attachment
The three Helix clips included in the delivery allow the TG I58 Helix
to be attached to a variety of instruments. In order to minimise
crosstalk from other sound sources and the risk of feedback, the
microphone should be attached as close as possible to the sound
radiation point on your instrument. This could be the frame of a
violin, the F hole of various plucked or bowed instruments, the
mouthpiece of a recorder or flute and many more besides.
To fit it to your individual instrument, there are Helix clips in two
different lengths and diameters. To attach the TG I58 Helix,
these clips can be can be screwed in place or else screwed into
each other to be used like a clip. And as always: the soft
surface of the Helix holder leaves the surface of your instrument
completely undamaged.
Maintenance
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning the TG I58 Helix microphone
and connecting cable. If necessary, you can use a gentle cleaning
agent (such as washing-up liquid). Make sure not to allow any
liquid to enter the microphone capsule and never use any solvent
cleansers.
The supplied pop shield should regularly be removed from the
microphone capsule and cleaned in clear water. Make sure the
pop shield is completely dry before it is replaced back onto the
microphone.
Service
Servicing must be carried out by qualified service personnel only.
Dismantling the microphone yourself will invalidate the guarantee.

Sécurité

Application
Le TG I58 Helix se prête à la prise de son de nombreux
instruments acoustiques. La directivité omnidirectionnelle du
microphone assure à cet effet un équilibre sonore sans effet de
proximité gênant, mais également un positionnement aisé sur
l’instrument.
Branchement
Le TG L58 est doté d’une fiche femelle XLR mini à 4 broches et
disponible en la version TG quelle est utilisée en combinaison
avec les systèmes de microphone sans fil de la série TG.
En présence d’une liaison filaire, le microphone doit être utilisé
avec le convertisseur d’alimentation optionnel MA-PVA sur une
entrée de microphone avec alimentation fantôme.
Le raccordement direct du TG I58 Helix sur une alimentation fan-
tôme peut détruire le microphone!
Fixation
Les trois pinces Helix fournies permettent de fixer le TG I58 Helix
sur de nombreux instruments. Pour minimiser l’effet Larsen et les
interférences avec d’autres sources sonores, nous recommandons
de placer le microphone sur l’instrument le plus près possible de
l’origine du son, soit par exemple l’éclisse d’un violon, l’ouïe de
divers instruments à cordes pincées ou frottées, l’embouchure
d’une flûte à bec ou d’une flûte traversière etc.
Pour l’adaptation à votre instrument personnel, des pinces Helix
en deux longueurs et diamètres sont fournies. Pour fixer le
TG I58 Helix, ces pinces peuvent être vissées comme une vis
normale ou encore vissées l’une dans l’autre par rotation inverse.
Dans tous les cas, la surface souple de la fixation Helix permet
d’éviter tout dommage sur votre instrument.
Entretien
Si nécessaire, veuillez nettoyer l’TG I58 Helix ainsi que son câble
de raccordement avec un tissu doux humidifié. Vous pouvez
ajouter un produit vaiselle; n’utilisez jamais des détergents;
éviter toute pénétration de l’eau dans la tête du microphone.
La protection anti-pop fournie en mousse doit être régulièrement
retirée de la tête du microphone et nettoyée à l’eau claire. Veillez
à ce qu’elle soit entièrement sèche avant d’être de nouveau
placée sur le microphone.
Service après-vente
En cas de dommage, veuillez vous adresser au service après-vente
de beyerdynamic. N’ouvriez pas le microphone, vous risqueriez
sinon de perdre vos droits de garantie.
