Before t ur n ing on the phon e for the fir st time, charge th e batter y
for several minutes.
Use a st and ard nano SIM o nly.
Don ’t cut a micro or r egular SIM card and inser t it into the
nano SIM slot. It’s thicker than the stan dard nano SI M car d an d
may get stuck in the slot .
Do n’t d isassem b le any p art of t he p ho ne.
Don ’t try to open the phon e or remove the battery by force. This
may dam age th e phone or its electronics an d will invalidate t he
warr anty.
Do n’t t hrow t he t ray aw ay.

1. With the phone facing up,
insert the tip of t he t r ay
eject tool that came in
the box (or a small bent
paperclip) into the tray
eject hole.
Push the tip all the way
into the hole unt il the
card tray ejects and then
gently pull t h e tray out.
2. With the nano SIM card’s
gold cont acts facing down,
place the card into t he
SIM holder of the tray.
Make sure t o align the
cut-off corner to the notch
on th e holder.

3. With the microSD card’s
gold cont acts facing down
and narrow side facing in,
place the card into t he SD
holder of t h e tray.
4. When reinserting th e tray,
make sure it is facing up
so that t he cards don’t fall
out. Hold the tray with the
microSD card between
your fingers, and then
steadily slide the t ray all
the way into t h e slot.

___ Using the protective case
Use the case that’s provided in the box to help prot ect your
phone from acciden tal bumps an d scratches.
Place the phone into the
protective case, top side rst.
Then press the four corners
unt il th e case clicks into place.
To remove the case, take
it o from the bottom
corner.

To preven t water, dust and
other contamin an t s from
entering the nano SIM and
microSD slot, make sure the
tray is fully inserted int o the
slot.
Make sure t he tray does not
protrude from the side.
Do not attempt to charge or
otherwise use the USB port
when your phone is wet.
