flower, are bright, tall, drought-resistant, and a pollinator’s
breakfast. Being daisy-like and fragrant, bumble bees,

a favorite of the herbal medicine industry and was always

About This Variety: Echinacea Purpurea, commonly called purple coneflower, produces showy, daisy-like, large,
purple flowers that bloom atop strong, stiff stems with broad, dark green leaves. The plant is said to have edible and
medicinally uses.
Growing Instructions: Best planted in full sun but choose your location wisely, as they will return for years
to come.
Care Tip: Plants usually rebloom without deadheading, however prompt removal of spent flowers improves general
appearance. However it will freely self-seed if seed heads are left in place.
