1. Take circle cutter out of packaging
2. Twist brass screw and slide black bracket towards middle of yellow
arm. Tighten brass screw. (fig. 1, 2)
3. Remove pivot point cover and move to yellow holding area at the
head of the cutter. (fig. 3, 4, 5)
4. Squeeze and lift black blade guard
(fig. 6) to expose the rotary blade.
5. Using only one hand, grasp the black
ratchet wheel handle. (fig. 7)
6. While applying consistent pressure
downward, rotate in a clockwise direction.
The ratchet will click as it turns.
7. Do not hold the circle cutter with two
hands. (fig. 8)

1. With one hand, grasp the brass pin on the
inside of the blade. (fig. 1)
2. With the other hand, slide the black safety
lock upwards. (fig. 2, 3)
3. Remove brass pin & blade from circle
cutter. (fig. 4)
4. Carefully remove old blade, and replace
with a new blade on the brass pin.
5. Reinsert brass pin into circle cutter, and
slide black safety lock down.
