Step 7: Slide the Leg over the mid section
of the cart as shown. The Leg is the
component having the two bolts already
attached to it. Secure the bottom portion
by sliding the 1 3/4” Bolts and washers
through the Side Panel, Side Support and
Leg. Secure using the Acorn Nuts. Secure
the top section using the 1 3/4” bolts,
washers and acorn nuts. Make sure that the
bolt head and washers are installed inside
the cart and the acorn nuts outside the cart
Step 9: **FULLY TIGHTEN THE HARDWARE
AFTER ALL OF THE BOLTS AND NUTS ARE IN
PLACE AND BEFORE GOING TO STEP 10.**
Step 10: Install the two axle
brackets to the frame using
the 3/4” bolts and acorn nuts.

Step 5: Install the two Side Panels to the Upright and Side Supports using the 3/4” bolts and acorn nuts. Note
that the sticker and the textured side of the plastic is facing out. You will have to install 3 bolts per side to
secure the bottom part of the Side Panel (skipping the second hole from the front) and one more at the top of
the side panel to secure the Side Support to the Uprights.
Step 6: Install the Back Panel by sliding it
between the Uprights and the back of the
Side Panels making sure that the notched
corners are facing down and the textured
side of the plastic is facing out. The
notched corners slide over the bottom
bolts in order for the Back Panel to be
flush with the Side Panels. Secure using
the ¾ Bolts and Wing Nuts

Skip the second hole from the front.
This hole will be used to secure the
Leg at Step 7.
A 1/4” gap is
expected
between the
Uprights and
the back of
the Side
Panels.
Step 8: Install the
Handle to the cart by
sliding the 1 3/4”
bolts and washers
through the Side
Panel and Handle.
Secure using the
acorn nut. Make sure
that the bolt head
and washers are
installed inside the
cart and the acorn
nuts outside the cart.
Step 11: Slide the axle
through the brackets, slide
the spacers on the axle and
mount the wheels to the
axle.
Step 12: Slide the Cotter
Pin into the axle hole. The
cotter pins need to be
opened and bent in order
to stay secured.
NOTE: The
Ultimate
Gardener is not
made for human
transport.
Do not fully tighten the hardware.
