GB USERS INSTRUCTIONS
Congratulations? You have just become the owner of a FLOORPUL wet and dry
vacuumcleaner. This product was produced to meet your requirements.
To use it correctly and in completely safety, carefully read this manual.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Read carefully this instructions.
1. Make sure that the power supply is identical to that shown on the voltage
plate on your machine.
2. Connect the plug only on an contact point with earth pin and a minimum
capacity of 16A.
3. Unplug always the machine while cleaning or making repairs on the
machine.
4. Every care must be taken to avoid damaging the main cable.
5. The machine is nit suitable for picking up hot or burning material such as
cigarets, hot ashes etc.
6. The machine is not suitable for picking up dust or liquids wich are explosive,
poisonous or in any way represent
danger to health.
7. Never leave the machine unguarded while working and keep it always out of
the reach of children.
8. Never clean the machine with trichloroethylene or any other solvents.
9. Never clean the machine by immersion.
10.Never use the machine when you are not shure that it’s working well.
11.For any repair or maintenance please contact always your nearest
FLOORPUL service point.
12.Always use this machine as described in this manual.
The manufacturer always keep the right to make any modifications on the
machine or accessories without previous.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage to carpets, furniture,
cloth’s etc. caused by using this machine.
Always use original parts and accessories to avoid problems with the
warranty.
USING THE MACHINE AND THE ACCESSORIES
1. PICKING UP DUST
Attention ! unplug the machine from his contact point.
PREPARING THE MACHINE
a) Check if the coton filter is well placed between the head of the machine and
the drum. This filter is avoids that dust
is going trough the motorhead. Keeps always the drum clean and dry.
b) Connect the most suitable tool on the extension tube or directly on the
handgrip of the hose.
c) Connect the machine with the contact point of the power supply. The
machine is now ready to use.
d) Push the switch on the machine to start working.
2. PICKING UP LIQUIDS
Attention ! unplug the machine from his contact point.
PREPARING THE MACHINE
a) Always remove the cotton filter or eventually paper bag out of the drum
and clean the drum before picking up liquids.
b) Connect the most suitable tool on the extension tube or directly on the
handgrip of the hose.
c) Connect the machine with the contact point of the power supply. The
machine is now ready to use.
d) Push the switch on the machine to start working.
e) The machine stops picking up liquids when the drum is full. Stop
immediately the machine and empty the drum.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Never store the machine without cleaning it. This will contribute to the
lifetime and hygiene of the machine.
- Always unplug the machine from his contact point before doing any cleaning
or maintenance on the machine.
- Empty the drum and clean the drum with fresh water. Dry the drum with a
cloth.
- On the 60lt models an exhaust hose is forseen to empty the drum. Pull out
the exhaust plug and let flow the water.
- Rince the exhaust hose with fresh water and let it leak out for a while. D’ont
forget to replace the plug on the exhaust
hose after the hose has been cleaned.
- Clean from time to time also all the used tools.
- If using the machine to pick up dust it is necessary to clean the cotton filter.
Do this using a small brush or with
compressed air. Replace the cotton filter if needed. Replace, if needed the
paper bag. A used paper bag can not be reused.
- Use always if picking up fine dust, an extra nylon filter or a paper bag.
- Always check, before using the machine, the main cable on eventually
damage.
- The motors in this machine are maintenance free. Only check once a year
the carbon brushes and replace them if necessary.
The replacement of the carbon brushes has to be done by an service
engineer.
POSSIBLE CLAUSES OF TROUBLES
Coton filterbag coated with dirt ----- Clean or replace the filter
Disposable paper bag filter or drum is full ---- Replace the paper bag or empty
and clean the drum
Suction hose, wand or tools are blocked ------------------- Clean
For all models fine dust filters (nylon) are available. Ask for more details at your
FLOORPUL dealer-center.
