Reliability
Every Baxi boiler we make has to pass a full function test using gas, water and electricity,
before it leaves the production line. If it doesn’t pass with 100%, it doesn’t leave the factory.
Warranty
We are so condent in the reliability of our boilers that we provide free of charge parts
and labour warranties

up to 10 years. This provides peace of mind for both you and your
customers. Our warranty terms and conditions are easy to understand and have been
approved by the Plain English Campaign.
Eciency
Baxi boilers meet or exceed the eciency requirements of the Building Regulations.
They also meet the standards for energy performance required to be Energy Saving Trust
Endorsed. This means your customers know they will be able to save money and energy.
Support
We are there for you when you need us. Our technical helpline advisers have many
years’ experience and will talk you through, step by step, if you need help while installing or
maintaining a boiler. And we have a nationwide network of Gas Safe registered engineers,
