Mounting instructions
1.
Ställ MC:n på centralstödet. Demontera sadel och
sidokåpor.
2.
Lossa först gasbehållaren, den nedre fästbulten till
stötdämparen, och därefter den övre.
3.
Lossa skruven till draglänkarna. Tag ut dämparen
nedåt.
4.
Sätt Öhlinsdämparen på plats i omvänd ordning. För
ut hydraulförsnnaren och gasbehållaren på höger
sida.
5.
Montera övre och nedre fästskruven. Montera
samman länksystemet.
6.
Hydraulförsnnaren monteras i ljuddämparfästet
enligt skiss.
7.
Montera gasbehållaren med medföljande monterings
gummin (230-01) och slangklämmor (643-02) enligt
skiss.
8.
Bind upp slangarna med buntband 231-01.
9.
Kontrollera att alla skruvar är åtdragna innan du ger
dig ut på en provtur.
1.
Put the motorcycle on the centre stand so that the
rear wheel is off the ground. Remove the seat and
side covers.
2.
Remove the gas reservoirthe and the lower and
upper shock mounting bolts.
3.
Remove the bolt, which holds the front and rear
links together.
4.
Put the Öhlins shock in place in reverse order. Pull
the hydraulic preload adjuster and the gas reservoir
out on the right side of the bike.
5.
Mount the linkage and the upper and lower
mounting bolts.
6.
The hydraulic preload adjuster shall be mounted at
the silencer bracket according to the sketch.
7.
Mount the resrvoir with the supplied mounting
rubbers (230-01) and hose clamps (643-02)
according to the sketch.
8.
Tie up the hoses with the tie raps 231-01.
9.
Check that all bolts are tightened before you go for a
test ride.
