The Targus Flare Backpack is designed to accommodate notebooks
with up to 15.4” screens. The interior workstation includes an ID
holder, cell phone pocket, key clip and pen loops and plenty of
storage compartments for mobile accessories. The Flare backpack
features locking zipper pulls on the notebook compartment for
additional security in airports or other crowded areas. To make sure
your notebook and other belongings are protected from the elements,
the Flare backpack includes a water
