About Your Micro Product
The OnWall Micro is the perfect solution for use with wall-mounted plasma or LCD
televisions, providing excellent sound quality in a slim, handsome package.
Its accuracy also makes it great for music applications, but it especially excels at
reproducing demanding movie and game soundtracks in multi-channel systems.
Although the Micro can be used without a subwoofer in smaller venues, it is a great
choice for home theaters when used with one or more Triad DSP or Omni Subs
giving you great sound without big, bulky boxes!
Finish Maintenance & Care
The paint and veneer nish on all Triad speakers are designed to last a lifetime
with minimal care. No polishing is necessary to maintain surface shine and luster.
If cleaning the surface becomes necessary gently wipe the speaker box with a
soft cloth lightly dampened with a mild soap and water solution.
Custom Paint OnWall Enclosures
Custom paint is available from Triad at the time your speaker is ordered.
If you supply us with an actual paint sample or a paint number from a major paint
supplier, we can paint your new speaker any color you wish. The results will be
superior, and you will also be supplied with a small bottle of touch-up paint.
The cloth grill is available from Triad in black or white. It should not be painted.

Important:
After changing your mounting bracket conguration (vertical or horizontal)
make sure all screw holes have screws re-installed in them.
To install OnWall Micro speakers onto Chief TV mount accessory brackets,
use the two 1/4-20 inserts located in the mounting bracket recesses on smaller
speakers and directly on the back of the speaker enclosure on larger models.
These inserts will accept 1/2” of a 1/4-20 screw to the top of the insert.

1. On the back of the speaker you’ll nd a single set of push-type speaker
connectors. 3.0 models have three sets for left, center and right speakers
in a multi-channel system.
2. For each speaker, push the connector head down exposing a hole in which
you insert the speaker wire. Releasing the head locks it onto the wire.
3. To keep polarity correct, connect amplier’s + (positive) to speaker’s + and
the amplier’s – (negative) to the speakers –. To avoid shorts, keep stray
strands clear of adjoining connectors.

Important Tuning Information:
When using any Micro speaker with a subwoofer, set the crossover frequency
for the system at 120Hz if wall mounted or 140Hz if mounted away from a wall
(shelf, swing out bracket, etc).
When using any Micro speaker without a subwoofer, set the crossover
frequency for the system at 80Hz if possible for greater headroom & clarity.

Triad North American Warranty
Triad speakers are warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of ten (10) years, when operated under
normal conditions.
This Limited Warranty Period Begins on the Date of Purchase
This limited warranty is extended only to Triad products and is expressly in lieu
of all other warranties expressed or implied.
Should any defect in materials or workmanship occur within the limited warranty
period, customers in the United States should contact Triad Customer Service
at 1-877-264-6315, to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Customers in
Europe should contact their dealer for service.
The product should be returned in its original packaging together with proof and
date of purchase with the RA number clearly visible on outside of the box. At our
discretion, we will repair or replace the product and return it, free from charge.
If you do not have the original packaging for the product, contact your dealer or
Triad Service, and we will provide it for you.
